DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! & we booked a 'mini suit' *ha!!* more like Mini HELL!! I didn't get photos of the night, which was Awful, when the ceiling tiles would get sucked up because of the wind & bang back down into place, ALL NIGHT!! (Literally thought we were Not going to be okay, that they'd fall) Worst part? When we put the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on our door & they Came In our room!!!! Not only that, they moved the breathing machine & meds that were in it, causing liquid to get in & mess up the machine (Yea, I'm sure you can imagine how unsafe that is for someone with a Breathing Problem!!)😠😠That's absolutely DISGUSTING!! The bathroom was nasty; shower separating from the wall, inside of shower covered in a thousand layers of paint making even washing things off difficult, & the scum/mold all over!! Ew!! The bathroom door didn't close, & they had just left medal hanging out of the door, from handles that used to work. I will be sure to let Everyone Know how BAD this place is!! Even if just One person sees this, & doesn't go there, I've done my part!!

The worst experience ever. Shower broken: took four people to actually turn it off. Lightbulb out in one of the bathrooms, so they brought a dirty old ladder up to the room and somebody had to fix it. There were bugs in the bathrooms. The showers were disgustingly dirty. Despite an elderly family member, we had to walk up three flights our room - No elevators, of course. The first receptionist was nice, but the minute we asked for a refund for the second night, they turned hostile. Don't even think about this one.

The staff were very nice and I suppose the location was great for the price for a random trip! However, our room was uncomfortable. White walls everywhere, tiny TV weaker than an old pc monitor(not a big deal for me though), and the bathroom; Oh jeez. Bathroom was VERY tight, smelled unpleasant, and the shower was, well, not a clean looking shower. The room had a renovated closed vibe. The air seemed thick, making it slightly harder breathe in the room, but not awfully. It was place to crash.

The room was very small and the bathroom was a bit dingy but it was neat, fairly clean, and comfortable for one night. It's only a block and a half to the boardwalk. Plenty of restaurants near by and an ice cream shop across the street! They seem to be d I ING renovations since our carpet and bed were new so I'm hoping the rest will follow. This place is in the best location and great for a weekend getaway.

Very small and quaint but was good since we were only in there to sleep and spent most of our day at the beach and on the boardwalk!! The shower was very small and alternated between hot and cold water. But it had really good muffins for breakfast

Place is total garbage ceiling tiles falling down, no trim on the walls, bathroom is disgusting, dangerous no smoke detectors in the hall way.

Eric, the manager, was wonderfully accommodating during our labor day weekend stay. The room we received was quaint, the pool was fun, the breakfast was great, and the front porch was a nice and relaxing touch to our stay. We'll definitely be back!

This is a nice cozy place to stay in a great location. The place is a little bit dated and toilets worked a little funny but that was OK. There are a lot of steps so it's good for people who are able to handle them. The pool is shared with another hotel but that is fine because it's never that crowded. Parking is not guaranteed and I actually got the last spot when I came around 5. It's best to come early because that is when there is a lot of free spots. It's a great price in comparison to others in the area.

We booked a room on a spur of the moment trip. The rooms were Spartan but CLEAN-surprising for peak season rates. The staff is ultra friendly and helpful! Maria Mahela was an absolute dream.
They have a free breakfast and lemonade and cookies in the afternoon.
The proximity to the beach and boardwalk is perfect-less than a five minute walk and far enough away to be a quiet location.

It was amazing for the price and location. 2 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. The rooms were clean and the porch a nice addition. It was perfect for what I wanted. I say, if you are on a budget and want a nice place to stay. The blue water inn is it.
