We have stayed here several times and have had very good experiences. One time we thought the room was too dark, so they took care of us right away and gave us a new room. It’s quiet, clean, friendly and a great location! We come back at least once a year!

Family friendly place, extremely convenient to all the core parts of town. Walking distance from multiple food options, entertainment choices, and relaxation. See the ocean from many of the suites. All that and a generally quiet environment. Amenities include the pool and gym.

The over night desk receptionist was absolutely rude. Me and my party were coming from a wedding and she asked me if this loud group was with me. Then proceeded to argue with my cousin.

Everything here was amazing. The indoor pool and hot tub are great. We got a room with an indoor balcony to the pool. Just plan on making your own breakfast as there is no complimentary breakfast as usual.

We've stayed here for 5 years in a row and the rooms are always well appointed with full kitchens, comfy beds, and generously sized living rooms! There is also a great indoor pool and hot tub that are very well maintained!

Nice hotel rooms with full kitchen. Pool on second floor was heated and we'll kept, as was the hot tub. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Large room with amenities, but the bed was scratchy and noisy. Would rather have quality place to sleep than a large room. The advertised heated pool was also colder than expected. Overall, not worth the price and will look for a different hotel next time staying in Ocean City, NJ.

After a 2 day stay 2/4 to 2/6/17 we found bedbugs and my friend has a bite on her neck. The bug was brought to the front desk to show the receptionist and she immediately gave us a complete refund. But we now have to deal with our clothes/ luggage infested, cleaning them and placed in bags for a minimum of a month. As careful as we were to bring in the clothes etc, and wash and dry as quickly as we can, we are inconvenienced without out some of our wardrobes, I needed new pillows and comforter, since I always bring my own. luggage was placed in my trunk and backseat of the car. Is that infested? I think It needs to be professionally cleaned..We tried to reach out to Kurt, the manager, and we were treated rudely and a total lack of caring. Deeply distressed for two days and still no satisfaction reached. I could never recommend this hotel to anyone, the "heated" pool was not, as stated, and told that dogs are routinely used to check for bugs. How appealing is that???
