Good room. On the boardwalk. Staff was friendly and eager to help. Only negative is seemingly run down looking part of town.

The resort location was the best part of my stay. The resort is old and is in need of an update. The property is well maintained. One example. The wall paper was peeling in the bathroom. One little spot, but still. The staff was not to friendly. Also one person informed us when we asked about a buffet that's it was closed and steered us to another. We discovered that it's was not closed. When we asked about breakfast we were given a flyer to order from a delivery restaurant when there was a restaurant on the main floor.

This place is a 3-star hotel. It is undergoing some updates. The staff is nice and attentive. It is not walking distance to boardwalk but a Uber shou9be expensive! I will come back in the summer all improvements should be completed.

Not a cheerful place at all. The entrance is at the end of a street and it feels more like an apartment building than a hotel. The room was nice and clean, however, and the bed was comfortable. It would be nicer if the lobby was more welcoming and if there was assistance with luggage.

All in all we had a very nice full week day at the fantasea resort. Several things would have made this stay better, including notice about construction midweek. The room was clean, but somewhat dated. Everything was an additional charge, from parking to internet. For the price we were very satisfied.

It was a great location, the view was spectacular!
The room was clean, yet worn. The dice coffee table's do not fit the decore.

Can't beat the location. Rooms are great. Not without its quirks but so am I. Our third year here and we're already planning next year.

I have been staying at this building for years, phenomenal staff makes that place everything that it is if you ask me personally. They're attentive ,professional, and very personable With the exceptions of the casinos there is definitely not another resort that could even come close to the level of satisfaction that you would have staying at this Resort. It is smack in the middle of the city ,at one of the best locations on the boardwalk, steps to the beach.. in all of my traveling which is a lot, I will say that this resort has probably been one of the most exceptional in all of my years of travel and or staying at a resort/ hotel Etc.also tallest building in the city except for the casinos as far as I understand and the way that the layout is in the hotel you're almost guaranteed a fantastic View anywhere you're located.. always someone to help you or direct you to whatever your needs may be..

The check-in process was incredibly confusing, however the bellhop was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was not so much. The hotel appears to be under renovation and parts have quite a dated appearance. The room itself is nice.

Very spacious rooms with great amenities. There is a game room, gym, and pool that are easily accessible. Great views over the boardwalk.

The resort has great potential. But if you are gong to become an owner do so before it reaches its potential. The rooms are a little dated. However it's close enough to everything for you to enjoy yourself THE VIEW MAKES IT WORTHWHILE.
