The golf course is great. Don’t plan on buying a house in Windswept. The HOA is a nightmare. They don’t communicate with homeowners unless they are issuing a fine. The fine is always $100 for things the owners know nothing about. In addition, the HOA charges for assessments without any explanation. Lastly, the golf course and the neighborhood are on bad terms. Don’t dare walk one foot past the property line onto the course, or one will be charged with trespassing. Can’t wait to get the hell out of here.

Course is beautiful and in great shape. Personnel were very friendly. My second time there over three years. Highly recommend.

Hidden gem. Only ones on course during the week. Fantastic fairways.

Course was in great shape. Fairways and greens are massive. Greens were true albeit a tad slow. Would definitely play again. A+.

Hidden gem comes to mind when I think of how nice this course was. I also played Kelly Plantation during my trip to Destin and would prefer this course over it 9 rounds out of 10. The entire course was in great shape and the price is just right ($74 for out of towners anytime versus $100+ for most of the nice courses in Destin). Definitely add this to your list if you're playing in the Destin area.

Best golf course in the Destin area. Much nicer than the sandestin courses at a cheaper price. Worth the drive, it's the one I look forward to each time I go to Destin.

My review would have two pointsfirst great golf course, very well maintained and great greens. Second staff at the club house just down right rude. They advertise a local military rate to which in brought adiquiate proof of but than refused to honor that. Now that's fine there is always misunderstanding but than the person went on to be a jerk about itstill a solid track through

Great course, layout was great. Big fairways with big white sand bunkers. Greens were smooth but a little slower than I was expecting, still very good. Price is decent for what you are getting. Would definitely recommend to try though!!! Fun to play!!!

This course is a great find! The practice facility was great! Real grass on the range! They need a few more targets on the range but still great. Putting green and chipping area is pga caliber. The course and layout is absolutely beautiful. The fairways were in great shape! Greens rolled true. The only thing I would recommend is to improve the food not that it wasn't good but it could be better. I would definitely come back!

Very beautiful and iron friendly fairways, with large rolling greens. Multiple hazards (lots of sand and some water) throughout, so sacrificing distance for straighter shooting clubs, combined with smart layups made it a very enjoyable experience for me. Wish I had a course this nice at this price point back home!

Awesome course. Super well maintained. Challenging greens, but big fairways. One of best courses around the 30A area and it's very reasonably priced.

Course was in excellent condition. Challenging from a distance standpoint, but expected that going in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend either getting a yardage book or having a rangefinder. Yardage measurements on the course are hard to find except for the 200, 150 & 100 yard markers. And none of the par 3 tee boxes had a yardage market that I could find. That is really the only thing keeping me from giving this a 5 star rating. The free mango scented ice towels were a nice perk and a must have. I will definitely be back to play again.
