I recently brought my 4yo to the ER due to facial lacerations. The staff was so wonderful at taking their time with his treatment. They also explained what they were doing in an easily understood manner and were so patient with him. Very happy with our service!

I have brought my children to both the ER and the express care multiple times. Both have been great with my children ages 6 years 4 years and one year. All the doctors are amazing and the staff are very attentive. I would recommend NFCH to anyone looking for great healthcare.

I am laying in this hospital right now. I came in yesterday 9/15/2017 at approx 8am. I was in pretty serious condition with stomach pain and vomitting. I was put in ER immediately and within 4 hours was in and out of surgery. Dr, Berry has been great and all ER staff on 9/15 were awesome, and all the 2nd floor staff has been great, my cna, an older black female thin build shorter hair, will get her name cause she is just awesome. Awesome service and I'm feeling better!

The billing clerk/receptionist is SO rude and blunt! I've been wrongly charged several hundred dollars because the hospital told me I was FOR SURE covered by my in-network insurance. She wouldn't even let me talk! She kept interrupting me and making me sound stupid as if I don't understand my own policy plan when I'm looking at it point blank! She's running off people like crazy, and I will NEVER deal with this hospital again!

Drove 40 minutes to get there, but no wait at the ER. Nurses and doctors were very nice. Facility is full service including imaging.

I had a horrible experience, at first my wheelchair didn't have the foot rests & I couldn't lift my feet due to my abdominal pain. No one cared so they dragged me backwards and even fell outta my chair, mean nurses said i had better get up cuz they sure wouldn't. I went in with a fever and a bursting appeindix and they never treated me for my awful pain, they didn't even give me an iv bag and I was working outside all day. They discharged me in a blink of an eye. All nurses were mean/rude and the ER doctor was very mean & very condescending. I would NEVER recommend going here. Driving to Pensacola for health care sucks, but better than visiting this 1 star facility

This is no place for really sick people to stay in that you are left on your own. Soiled sheets, dirty room, cold, no fresh water, really no one there to care for you. Contracted pneumonia and ended up staying there for two days until, in desperation for care, checked myself out. Was one of scariest experiences of my life.
Place is not safe for sick people. No one cares for you at all. They do not even offer you a toothbrush, let alone a clean change of pajamas or sheets. If you are seriously ill go to any other hospital. This one does not have staff to care for patients.
