Concerned physician and Emergency Room staff addressed my concerns and together we explored options for my treatment. As an inpatient after major surgery, I was given exceptional care by RNs who thoroughly explained procedures and treatments. This outstanding service continued during my Outpatient Surgery as well.As an RN myself, I know exceptional vs. so-so. This is why I choose CSS Medical Center.

Dr Stewart and the wonderful nurses in the ER worked tirelessly to stop my husband's hemorrhaging from major oral surgery. It took hours to get it under control. It's great to know that in a true emergency Windber Chan Soon-Shiong is able to provide top notch care! Thanks!

My boyfriend has been having severe neck issues that have left him dizzy and in pain for over 24 hours. He has a history of this pain, but it has never been this bad. We have been waiting for almost 2 hours for him to be seen by a doctor. We are about to walk out and just go see a chiropractor. This is an EMERGENCY room. The sign says, "If it has been 10 minutes since you have signed in and no one has spoken with you please notify the clerk at the window." We were not spoken to until 45 minutes into waiting. It is absolutely horrendous. I have never had an experience like this before in my life.

Worst hospital I've ever been too, please take my warning and avoid at any expense. If in need of any care, please go to Conemaugh, I've been treated so much better there compared to Chan Soon-Shiong Medical Center. I have been to both facilities, and after my experiences at Chan Soon-Shiong Medical Center, I will keep my business with Conemaugh without a doubt.
