One of the greatest hospital in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and definitely the greatest in western Pennsylvania. The patients are coming from all over the world (literally) and their professionalism should be exhaled. No doubt about that.

They are awesomethe er is great The overnight n stay during the day crew is great & doctor Rubin& his team is excellent!!! Im switching to this hospital they caught something that west penn n Magee hospital should of been caught Thank you so much for yall excellents n awesomeness n for saving my life ty so much

My daughter had been ill on and off for over a year with no diagnosis.Shadyside staff were wonderful - somewhat of a wait in a crowded ER but once she was in everyone was attentive, cheerful and helpful. They really listened to her and FINALLY she knows what is wrong. I was impressed with the nursing staff, doctors, residents, students. 3rd floor Pavillion - thank you!

It takes them 3 hours just to give me Tylenol and not everyone is on the same page. They tend to lie to you to get you to do what they want. And have attitudes if you refuse something that has nothing to do with your treatment. Very rude. Luckily I had a couple good nice nurses.

This is a great hospital. All of the staff have been friendly, have answered all my questions, and take the time necessary to meet with you. I never feel rushed here. I also like the fact that they don't keep me waiting. I'd give them 5 stars but the parking is a bit expensive. I mean, even with validation it is kinda pricey.
