  Misty does amazing massages! Love going there. I have been seeing her for 4 years now. I will never go anywhere again. She is not only a wonderful therapist but an amazing human being.
  
  I also got to see Hailey today who did my hair color. She was fantastic. Her amazing work can be seen in this photo! Finally found my stylist in her.

  Tried to give my wife a good mother's day to relax at the spa..
  Did not happen you think after prepaying for a spa day they still charged her and then asked for tips.
  This business will not stay open for long.

  Rubi is awesome! I am very hesitant about getting my haircut because some stylist tend to cut too much off, not her. She listened to all my needs and really took great care of me. My hair had some damage from bleaching it and the blonde in my hair was starting to look a little orange. She cut and styled my hair with still keeping the length, revived my blonde color, and deep conditioned my hair. I was extremely satisfied with my haircut and color. My hair felt healthy and vibrant again. Highly recommended your next service with her.

  I love getting my hair cut by Samantha. She always does an excellent job, takes her time, and pays attention to detail. I love talking to her too! This salon has a nice, relaxing environment in a convenient location. I'll be back!

  The reception is a mess filled with assholes. I called late in the day to see if I could still get things done. I was very polite, and said I understood if they couldn't fit me in. The lady immediately hung up on me after asking me to hold. I called back and was actually put on hold. After 15 minutes I hung up. I really liked my waxer, Tegan and tried to deal with being treated rudely but I will never go here again. This salon is going to die because of the front staff.

  I have been going to Madison Avenue Spa in the Chandler Fashion Center for over 6 years now to have my color and cut done. Bethany is an amazing colorist who has coloured my hair from dark brown to the lightest blonde without damaging it and always getting me tons of compliments.
  
  This is a Redken salon so they are using only the best color on your hair!

  I don't think I've ever written a bad review in my life but I am so upset by this salon that people should know not to go there. The customer service from both stylists and reception is really really bad. I called the day of my appointment just to confirm and they told me I need to come in two hours earlier than my set appointment time. I told them I couldn't come in any earlier than the time I had scheduled the appointment for and the receptionist said she'd let the stylist call me herself to figure it out because apparently her shift ended when my appointment was starting. I don't want to speak to the stylist I want to figure this out with reception, aren't they the ones who are supposed to figure this out for me? Anyway I ended up talking to another receptionist who told me to come in at my original time. So I get there and we come to the conclusion that I need low lights to even out my hair color. The stylist then says she doesn't feel comfortable working on me because she's a new talent (it's low lights?) and has another stylist come out and tell me to leave. I'm assuming she wanted to go home because it was the end of her shift and at this point the reception and weird scheduling has put us both in an awkward position. A big issue I had was with the other stylist who came out and told me I had to leave and they weren't going to do my hair. She was very condencending and very rude and I had been polite during this whole time and did not deserve to be treated so poorly. I never felt welcome or helped and you should 100% just avoid this salon. Dolce across the street is absolutely amazing, doesn't over charge, and took me as a walk in appointment that day and gave me exactly what I wanted at a cheaper price for a more experienced stylist.
  
  *also I was told the "New Talent Cut and Color for 54$" on Monday and Tuesday special is only for a root retouch and cut, and it does not say this anywhere on the website where the special is listed
