Great little "hometown" store. Love that you can watch the chocolates being made while in the showroom floor. Little pricey, but worth the little extra for that homemade touch. Customer service was superb. Friendly sales associates and receptive factory employees.

Great chocolate. It is a favorite for many people in the area. You can see people making the chocolate. I got chocolate filled with peanut better that was outrageous. If you go to the back of the store, they have samples of chocolate for you to try. Gift sets are available. Many people were not just buying one item as the chocolate was so good. Treat yourself to this sweet treat. There is a parking lot but parking is tough because a lot of people are going to this store.

Exceptionally good chocolate. Especially the dark chocolate. Rediculous prices. Competent, but not outstanding customer service for the price. The old store/factory across the street, was of course, remarkable. When they built the new building the charm and distinctive atmosphere was lost. It was a sad day for Lititz, Pennsylvania. However their dark chocolate continues to be exceptional. There's no comparison between Wilbur's chocolate and Hershey's chocolate. Hershey's chocolate doesn't even contain cocoa anymore. Give yourself a treat and go to Wilbur's.

Great chocolate. Everyone in the store acted as if it was the last chocolate in the world to buy.
Chocolate gives me a headache and stomach ache so I'm not into it too much but it smelled great.. I tried one piece and it was delightful. A bit more in price but that is because it is homemade and you can tell the quality is what makes it so good.response / report this review -

The only chocolate that I like more than Hershey's. Their semi-sweet buds are wonderful. The triple chocolate coated almonds are extremely addictive!

Their A.C works and not do they turn that baby up. Its the perfect place to take a break from the summer heat. Plus their bathroom is clean and open to the public. The staff are great. You can really see the pain in their eyes from the long hours of dealing with tourists and standing. Added bonus: they have free chocolate samples with no one stopping you from eating them by the handful.

I have to say that the new store is very nice but it lacks the history and character of the old one. This all being said, the place is still staffed by some of the kindest folks you'll ever meet and they have some of the best chocolate around.

Wilbur chocolates are smooth and delicious! Much better than Hershey! Everyone should buy some!!! It's great for gifts, if you don't eat it all yourself!

If you love chocolate, you need to try Wilbur Chocolates. The Wilbur Bud beats Hershey Kisses hands down!!!! Once you walk into the store, you won't know when to stop putting the boxes in your basket!!!! Well worth a drive to Lititz, Pa. YUMMY!

One word CHOCOLATE best chocolate in the USA. Better than the"H" brand. Nice new retail location but we miss the cricking floorboards in the old factory building

Even though we missed the Wilbur Factory and its delicious smells - it was so good to be able to purchase Wilbur chocolate especially the Wilbur buds - mmmm Good!

This place is very nice, but I'm really nostalgic and I miss the old setup across the street. The new store has a lot of selection but it didn't give the same vibe. I also feel like everything got a lot more expensive since the move, but I do realize that so has everything else in the world

Hey, its full of Wilbur chocolates, how could you not like it?! I will admit i miss the old place across the street in the old brick building. Unfortunately times and things change. The new store is better lit, clean, and well organized. There are still samples of Wilbur Buds in the crocks in the far back counter. I wish there were more displays or exhibits.
