Excellent pet store. Not only a good buying experience but a great place to take kids thru. It is well worth the drive. They also have very unique fish you wont find anywhere else.

Awesome store!!! They have a vast selection of small animals, it's a great place to take the kids to view them. They also have just about anything you could need for a pet. Their aquatic section is also amazing!!! it is a great place to just go visit for a while even if you're not buying anything.

I love this place! My husband and I drive 2 hours to come here for our pet supplies. Its well worth it! Great prices, healthy animals, great staff, and you can find whatever it is you're looking for here. Highly recommended!

This place was incredible! Lots of different animals and supplies. All the animals looked healthy and happy. Great prices on everything! We're from the Pittsburgh area but we will defiantly be back! I also picked up a marten rat while I was there. The only place I've ever found martens was from breeders. I would recommend this place to everyone! Staff was super nice and helpful too!

I'm only giving them four stars because they still sell wild-caught reptiles, and they don't always use appropriate substrate in the reptile enclosures. Still, this is a great place to buy supplies for all of your animals, no matter what kind you have. Their pond and fish areas are HUGE, and they have food and supplies you can't find at other places. Great prices, and they support rescues, too.

We always like going to That Fish Place. They have an amazing selection of fish supplies. And for dog and cats. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. We drive over and hour just to get my fish supplies.

Drove an hour to get here to get my son a new goldfish. They would not sell me one because I "already have 1 goldfish in my 30 gallon tank" and that "two goldfish in a 30 gallon would be overcrowded " meanwhile they must've had 200 goldfish in a tank no larger than mine. I used to frequent this establishment when I had my saltwater and freshwater setups for supplies but I will not be going back. They need to educate there staff a bit better.

I went there with my son and his family to buy them a new bigger aquarium. This place is amazing! I have been here a few times and this time I got to pet the sting rays. One large Brown one kept coming back to me as I was gentle and quiet. He actually came up out of the water and stuck himself against the wall of the pond and stayed there for a good 40 seconds while I petted him and then turned around and came back to me again and again. My 9 and 10 year old granddaughters loved petting them too. There are all kinds of animals and pets to choose from. It is pet friendly too.

The selection here is second to none. But the service is lack-luster to be blunt. Myself and my roommate, who has a degree in animal conservation, were turned away for trying to buy more than one fish for our tank. We expressed that we have a large tank and a current ecosystem that has been sustained for well over 6 years that has just been moved to the aforementioned larger tank, and we were going to add the new fish to fill in the tank more. We talked to two separate sales people who were each not convinced that we knew what we were doing and told to "try out one and if it is still alive in a week you can come back and get another." We drove over an hour because of the selection at this location to be turned away due to the sales person deeming us unfit to have done prior research or assuming that our 30 second description of a tank and ecosystem was enough to disqualify us from buying what we set out to purchase. Needless to say we walked out without anything to go to a more local pet store after calling around, paying a few dollars more and the 5 fish have been happily living ever since. I understand that stores whom sell living creatures need regulation but when a researched and educated customer comes in knowing exactly what they want, the dismissive nature of a sales person towards someone who has spent time to become educated in a field, and researched extensively prior to stepping foot inside of the doors was both unneeded and quite frankly very rude.

Very large pet store. They truly are one of if not the largest pet store in the world. Great for those into keeping fish as that is where the majority of their store is devoted to, with a strong mix of both fresh and saltwater aquatic life as well as a pond supply area you are likely to find just what you need. Although the size of the store does make finding the exact thing you need to get pretty hard. And outside of the aquatic areas staff are very very spread out making getting help a bit of a challenge sometimes. The store has a touch tank for kids to pet sting rays and occasionally other fish, as well as several feeding shows throughout the day. Expect to spend a good amount of time in the store and you should be fine.

They got 2 stars because of the 2nd kids. The first kids was not helping anyone when I ask for help, he said he worked in the fish room and walked away, left me standing there with my mouth open in mid sentence. He could of said let me get someone to help you, I need to get back to help in fish room or anything. I didn't drive an hour and half to be disrespected. The manager found a young man to help, he was very knowledgeable, but that didn't excuse the long hair boy from the fish room. The boy who help me needed a raise and the other boy needed fired.

Good selection of dog, cat, bird, small animal and fish supplies. They support many local animal rescues by hosting adoption events most weekends. Some of the staff are knowledgeable, several have been less than helpful. Overall this store is a great find for local pet owners!

Love this place. 3 hours away but totally worth it. Im an online customer as well and i love the prices! Great all day shopping (and looking)experience. Great deal on some hard to find salt water fish and inverts. Great selection of fresh water as well. Not a single sick.fish in sight. Very refreshing. Keep up the great work!!
