I like it.. it's A tad cold and the bus hub pit of York needs some renovation but as soon as I hit the quiet car headed to new York all is forgiven..

Absolutely no overflow parking in spite of all of the bragging about renovations a few years ago. Typical media overhyped bs. Long term parking that they charge you for is a poorly stoned lot. Arrived Twenty minutes early and nearly missed the train. Employees don’t have any answers and Amtrak couldn’t care less.

Went there one day during the week a worker there a female who works second shift called some of us stupid because we were on the wrong side of the tracks. Like we didn't know. And I thought Lancaster was good

It is a typical old American train station. Better than it used to be after the renovation a few years ago, but there are few amenities. Parking is pretty limited, so you might find the lots full if you show up late in the day. And, service starts a bit late in the morning on weekends which makes it inconvenient for catching early flights out of Philadelphia.

Just a cautionary follow-up. After a recent trip, my credit card was compromised. The parking payment machines here we one of two places where I had to swipe my card. I didn't check closely to see if there was a card skimmer in the machine, but it seems it wouldn't be hard to do here since no one is monitoring access to these machines.

Amway clean station. Always announce trains a few minutes ahead of arrival. Station looks nice after remodel.

Nice, comfortable, spacious train station. You cannot board or un-board a bicycle at this station.

The lady at the ticket/info booth was very friendly and professional. The station facilities were quite clean and the signage was clear and legible. The platforms were clean and the PA system was loud and clear as well.

Parking is a horrendous situation after 9:30 AM (too many cars and too few long term spots). Have someone drop you off if you're leaving mid to late morning. The train station architecture is beautiful though.
