Really great washes top notch products used and very well kept facility. The staff are all very kind and helpful. The VIP memberships are a great purchase with the only caveat being you have to use it enough or you will be bleeding money and regretting having it. The only complaint I have is that I feel like some of the prices are a little too high. It's not too bad it's just things like a hand dry being $3 I feel that is a bit too steep. But really that's the only real complaint, other then that it's a great place!

My 2016 Equinox looked very nice when I left today. I really like the hand wax and the guarantee that comes with it. Thank you very much.
I also have a 2007 Escape. I have taken it to Spanish Fork Wiggy Wash 3 times and all 3 times, I had to drive it around to the vacuum area and actually clean the inside, right down to wiping off the dashboard and washing the windows and vacuuming the inside. One of those times, I was the only car there. First time, I let it go, thinking it was a one time thing. By the third time, I looked at the kid who took me to my car and told him it was still filthy. He looked at me blankly and asked me not once, but twice, "Is there anything else I can do for you?" Well, as a matter of fact, yes, you could clean my car!! When you ask for inside and out and are paying the price (which just keeps going up and up) for it, exactly WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? I will not bring that vehicle back. Seems like a vehicle that is actually dirty, stays that way. That's been my experience anyway. :-(response / report this review -

I am a huge fan of Wiggy Wash. I have been a loyal customer since the day they opened. I have two VIP passes. However, the attention to detail has fallen off dramatically the last year. Almost every time I get my rigs run through the shop for a wipe down and vacuum I have to ask for a rag and do the console, dash, and doors. If things don’t pick up I might have to go give the Quackwash a try.

Wiggy wash is great to work with. I brought my vehicle in for a winter wax to help protect the vehicle from salt damage and they let me work with them detailing the vehicle which was awesome. They have a great business and the people that work there are eager to please the customer. I recommend them to anyone.

Generally, Wiggy Wash does a descent job. However, today, I brought in my truck for cleaning after a long holiday drive. I had the usual bug spatter and road dirt. I purchased the full Classic Wash - interior and exterior. They are understaffed and it took about 30 minutes longer than usual. I was disappointed that the grill was still littered with dead bugs. A quick visual inspection would have clearly born out the need to give the grill an additional wipe-down to take care where the machine wash had failed. I'll have to clean the grill myself later; for $22 and 50 minutes of waiting, I'd hoped to avoid recleaning myself.

The quality of the exterior wash is top notch. The quality of the interior cleaning is very good but it can be better. They don't get all the dust and smudges. After my vechile was cleaned I had to ask them to do it again because there were still marks in various places.

Wiggy Wash is convenient and does a great job washing/cleaning vehicles. The employees are friendly and thorough. The waiting area is always clean and friendly. I feel they maintain their equipment and wash bay often. I often notice the manager/owner checking on the way things are operating; and, I appreciate that he takes pride in his business. Thank you and thank you to your friendly, hard working staff.

Better than expected. I really appreciate the hard work they put in. They met all my expectations and more. There customer service was very informing they kept updating me on the status of my vehicle and also gave me cleaning tips and advice for the future. I received a 20% discount for the work done and also for another cleaning for when I return. Hands down the best car wash I've been to. Thanks again you guys for all you do! You Rock!

The wash itself is good. But when you go into the shop to have any work done it is 0 Stars. Not only do I watch and see kids on cell phones more than working on my car but very little attention to detail. Your company should remove the word detail completely from its vocabulary. After paying to have my exterior detailed in so many words I was handed a vehicle that was still dirty and all kinds of excuses from the gentleman in the red shirt. He made zero apologies for the way the vehicle looked. With just two other cars in bays three four and five it took 20 minutes for them to begin on my vehicle after I pulled into the forward most position. It was obvious that the two young men that ultimately did work on my car were very disinterested in detailing my vehicle's exterior. It was a swish swish here and a buff buff there. It is probably the worst detail I have ever witnessed in my entire life. Good luck to Wiggy wash. I will not be bringing my business back. I hope to find another detail shop nearby or near my work. I've already cancelled my daughter's VIP membership and I'm going to cancel mine now. I've never had any confidence in work done inside of the wiggy wash shop. From day one. And it trickles down from top management to the young people working there. If they're not held accountable and told to leave the cell phones in their vehicles and watched over by the people in the red shirts and told to pay attention to detail where is the expectation for the customer. I'll tell you where it islingering right down around one star. Your survey probably should have had three stars. I can't imagine anybody giving you guys a 5.

Came from Supersonic. These guys are way more respectful, and don't cram you into the tunnels super tight like Supersonic does. A couple of the locations I've been to could use some tweaking on the rinse (more water, I still have suds being blown around on my rear window.) And a slightly better rinse on the mirrors. Both locations in point are Orem, and Spanish Fork. Overall happy, and would recommend.

I am proud to say that I was in attendance at the opening day of Wiggy Wash Spanish Fork back in 2010 and things just keep getting better and better. I will never go anywhere else. Brent, Chris and Sue have revolutionized the car wash experience. I can't think of any other way to wash my cars and truck than Wiggy Wash. They are the best. In addition to the best car wash you will not find a company that gives more back to the community than they do. They are the huge supporters of the local high schools, our emergency response personnel and veterans. Thanks for all you do in the community, our town is better because of you.
