Buyer beware. They take zero responsibility for any damage They do! Took my car in for a full service wash and the machine took my wipers off. Rain sensors were triggered and wiper arms scratched the windshield. Employees tried to hide the scratches hoping I would drive off without noticing. Then litterly ran away when confronted. One wiper was found in the wash and the other missing. Manager was apologetic and pointed to a sign that was only visible the person driving the vehicle through the wash (which in this case was their employee). New windshield cost $480. Manager offered two car details which does not even cover have the damages. Considering small claims against them. If you do go there I suggest a thorough walk around before leaving. Be aware.

I'll give no start if i could, however to make everyone aware of how bad this place is i had to click on one of the starts. the experience there was horrible, i paid $170 for a detail. When the car was ready, still at the car wash i went and inspected it. lots of dirty spots in the interior, i had the guy clean it twice in different areas. two days later i discovered the nasty the seat belts are. they didn't touch them. DO NOT GO THERE!!! they are horrible and pricey and service and quality is HORRIBLE!!!

Just had the 'best of the best' carwash for $29 at this place If this was their best service then I wonder how their basic service must be.
Rims were still dirty, body had lots of black stripes and the door sills were filthy although they were clean before! Actually my whole car was clean before. It just needed to have the freeway dust cleaned off.
It also sucks that claim that they can't give chance back when you pay with debit. If you want change to tip the guy who does your car then you have to use their ATM which charged you 3 dollars!
Although this carwash is very close to my home for my next wash I'll drive the 8 miles to Santa Clarita where I can have a perfect wash for a fraction of the priceresponse / report this review -

Took my car there, came home and found my right side mirror cover missing.
On another car, they broke the window bottoms on the driver side, twice!
They normally nice and all. I just find they don't care much about the car. I now need to go back to try to find the mirror coverresponse / report this review -

Worst car wash I've ever been to
Bug splatter still on my windshield dirt all on the exterior of the car I noticed everything on my drive home when I parked and took a look over I couldn't believe it. I could have gotten a better car wash driving through an automated gas station wash system.
How these people did a hand wash so poorly is beyond me.
On top of it all the interior of my car now smells like B.O. and nasty sweat funk disgusting I understand if you're working hard and sweating but at least have the courtesy to allocate a clean touch up crew for the end of the wash.
Worst yet I called to get a refund and was placed on hold the receptionist told me the manager was busy and would call me back.
I have yet to hear back from anyone and no refund.
Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this place you will lose time and moneyresponse / report this review -

It's worth the drive to go somewhere else. We spent $130 on a shampoo and detail package My car came back LOOKING clean, but upon a closer inspection after I left, it was very poorly done. They wouldn't give us a refund, only offered to do it again. We were already on our way out of town for a 4 month trip in our car and we're unable to go back to have them wash it again. It's my fault for not inspecting the car closely before we left. Spend your money somewhere that deserves your business. When we called they were very unhelpful about resolving it.

We paid $130 to get our car detailed on the inside and the car came back with hair still all over the car and sticky seats. They obviously took an oily rag on the leather seats but did not clean them. Why it took them 3 hours to do I have no idea, but I definitely recommend not taking it there.

Terrible customer service. You drive up and if they are busy no one will even simply say something like they will be right with you. I brought my car in, none of the workers let you know what's going on and the worker managing the tickets when asked questions responds with "whatsup," as if he doesn't have time for his customers. Other car washes that I go to they make an effort and respond with something helpful like "how can I help you." The guy working the tickets seems to have a terrible attitude. Definitely will not come back.
