This was the WORST "supposed" professional or experienced or whatever u want to call them..car detail place I ever experienced!!! I literally just left there it was my first time and most definitely MY LAST!!! I SEE why the make you pay first. I wish I could give it zero stars!! I could have done better myself!! I asked the representative which was the best deal because with me be busy and with kids I haven't washed or cleaned the car in 2 months and it needed a good vacuum my display screen had smear marks the inside needed a good cleaning. I informed him I will tip well..i was there maybe 15 minutes. The guy told me they would wipe everything down really well ..WHATEVER!!! I GET IN THE CAR THE ONLY THING THEY DID IS VACCUM BARLEY WIPED ANY THING DOWN SMEARS STILL ON MY STEREO SCREEN DASH BOARD EVERYTHING STILL DUSTY!!! AWFUL SERVICE!! FOR $30..WHAT DID U DO?? I COULD HAVE PUT $1.50 IN THE SELF SERVE VACCUM N DO IT MYSELF I COULD HAVE RAN THE CAR THRU A SELF WASHING CAR WASH!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! I'M SO MAD!!! NOW I'M HOME CLEANING AND WIPING OUT THE CAR WAS SUPPOSE TO GET A SHINE WHAT SHINE!! I STILL SEE SPOTS!!! I SHOULD HAVE HEAD THE WARNINGS!!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! 😡😡😡😡
Ok i have come back to update my review..from the last post a Autobell manager called me and offer to redo my car for free and apologized for the inconvenience; however, I said i will bring the car back on the date we agreed upon but, i was just so disgusted I chose just to leave it be and dont go backso i went back today because i didnt have time to go the other carwash and with my schedule its hard for meso this morning at 10:09 i didnt even let them know who I was and i told the young man "can you please make sure they get the inside because last time it was poorly done." He said yes maam ill let them know..Guess what same BS!! I TOOK PICS OF THE INSIDE AND THE TIME WITH THE RECEIPT TO PROVE THAT I TOOK IT RIGHT AFTER THE CLEANING.. I THOUGJT I WOULD BE ABLE T0 POST THEM ON HERE But there is no attachment or an option to do so..Autobell managers may need to check behind their employess so they dont get reviews like this i mean i literally have a hand print on the window..smh do betteri tried to give yall another chancecrazy..response / report this review -

I have tried the Statesville, NC location a few times. I will never go back! I paid for the premium service and I had to ask that they vacuum again. They still did not clean it well. $25.00 is a lot of money to waste!

Well never go back there again, Got the full service ( $ 16.99 ) with tax . Didn't like the fact that they use a hose instead of a spray bottle to put window cleaner on my front windows, Had to tell the employee to raise the hatch to clean the very back window after he said he was done, saw him stand outside my car and reach in and wipe over the two back windows without putting window cleaner on them. Got ready to get in my car notice the floor mats was not put back properly on the hooks on the floor board and the carpet was not clean in the front and the back wasn't even touched. Ask to see the Manager and showed him the dirt that was still on the floor of my car, he said he was sorry and had them to re-do it. When he got back with my car he said he was sorry again and told me they had forgot to put the "Re Vac" sticker in my car before sending it thru the wash, REALLY a "Re-Vac" sticker??, He said they have a time limit in the back and if they run out of time they put a sticker on the wind shield to have it re- vacuum. I told him I had worked there when it was Grand Prix Carwash and I knew better and we got it right the first time there was NO re-vac sticker, I know Autobell isn't the same company as the one I worked for but c'mon now a re-vac sticker?!?

This place the people were nice but their work was horrible. I paid for the mangers special and it didn’t look any different as is I would have paid $4 and drive through other than the tire shine. They did a pitiful job vacuuming the front and looks looks like they didn’t touch the back! Wheels were still pretty dirty when I left had to go home and detail the truck myself after I paid $30 to have them do it. That was my first experience and definitely my LAST!!

For a Sunday afternoon, they were able to get me in and out pretty quickly. The guys are nice and work hard. The car was mostly clean as well--as clean as a 15 minute car wash can be. I will certainly return in the future!

Stopped by to get my Vehicle Cleaned on 5/6/17, paid for a Special they had running, it was 43.77. I paid that and went on about my day, I checked my account later on that week and found that they had not only charged my account for the 43.77, but 2 additional charges of 14.95, making my carwash trip a total of 73.67. I Called the Number Listed above on 5/09/17 and it went on ringing for over 20 minutes, a lot of touch tone type stuff before I was able to talk to anyone. And I wasn't even talking to anyone at the carwash! It was a lady at a call answering center. When I explained what had happened, She told me, "I don't have access to the locations sales and reports, I can file a report for you and let them get back to you when they are available." i gave the lady all the information she asked for.
How this has happened is beyond me, I will not be visting this location in the future. I found it super shady to have my card slid and processed 3 different times.
So I'm posting this on 5/15/17.Problem yet to be resolved, and with no return call

The employees were friendly, but they did not do a thorough job cleaning the inside of the car. The inside of the windshield was not cleaned, the back of the car was not vacuumed, parts of the console were untouched, and the sticky substances my kids left on the back seat were not removed. I had to make my concerns known for them to complete the job. I think part of the problem is that they have a lot of cars to clean and are in too much of a rush, or perhaps my expectations were too high. I wanted a deep clean, but received a quick once-over that I could have done myself. If anyone has any suggestions on where I can get the kind of deep clean that car lots do before reselling used cars, I'd love to hear it.

They do a great job, but they still haven't been able to get the inside of my windshield without leaving streaks. AWESOME customer service!

It is an okay car wash. At first it looks great, but after you start looking closely you realize there are quite a few spots that were missed.
