We just made a purchase for a 2017 Hyundai Tuscon from Kevin Utsman at Friendship Hyundai in Johnson City. Great experience. Salesperson Alicia Faulk was very helpful, informative and patient. Could not have gone through this journey without Alicia's help and guidance. After signing on the dotted line Alicia continues to check in with me making sure all was good and of course it was and still is . Thank you Alicia for all you did for me. Worst experience of my life. Bought a 2008 Mercedes for full price at the time. After I purchased the car. I realized that the check engine light came on a day later and we ended up having to spend $1,000 in fixes from the engine to TPMS sensors that Hyundai wouldn't pay for. Later on I realized that the sun roof was messed up. It works, but not very well it is definitely broken. My first oil change come around and I went to Mercedes to get it done. They pulled me aside and asked me if I knew the car was previously wrecked. Of course I had no idea, but wasn't surprised that Hyundai didn't tell me. Also when I bought the car the key fob only worked from 2 feet from the driver door. I asked them to fix it, and they said they wouldn't because it was a "luxury" not necessary. Now the key fob completely went out, and it is going to end up being like $600 to get that fixed. They sold me this car for more than full price, and it should have been about $3k less. People ask me where I bought my car, and I always say.. NEVER BUY FROM THIS garbage place. Should have been sued for false advertisement and fraud. How is a key fob, the only way to start the car, or lock it, a luxury? This place is not the place you want to put your money. Plenty of better places. I am not the person to leave bad reviews. I feel everyone deserves a second chance, and I treat people the way I would like to be treated, but I got cheated and lied to. I don't want it to happen to anyone else if I can help it.

Not only am I employee of the company, but I am a long time customer. I've purchased 10+ vehicles from the Friendship Family in 11 years and EVERY experience has been top notch!! I also get my vehicles serviced here and I buy parts that I need (windshield wipers, etc) and I've NEVER been disappointed. It's a great place to buy and service your vehicle, but it's also the BEST place in the world to work! Almost 11 years and still going strong. LOVE my Friendship Family!!!!

I bought my car from Friendship Hyundai in May 2017. Billy Bentley was the salesman I worked with and this was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I never felt pressured or rushed. He gave my wife and I plenty of time to test drive and look over the car before deciding on whether to purchase. We did decide to purchase here and it was a great decision. Billy and the Friendship team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend Friendship cars to anyone looking for a great car and an even better buying experience.
