  Decent enough job on the exterior. You have the luck of the draw on whomever does the interior and you should take a look around before you tip / leave to make sure windows were actually cleaned and dash was wiped down with armor all.
  
  They charge extra for any vehicle with a hatch as an “suv” so 2 door compacts get ripped off there.
  
  As with most carwashes - you get what you get and it’s always a different experience.

  This place is very popular and quite busy at peak times. Their staff details cars inside and out and we have been impressed by their quality of work. Waiting room is very comfortable and quiet.

  Johnson City location - I've always had a great experience. The staff are nice and honestly it would take any of these negative reviewers 3 hours to wash and clean a car like Southern Classic can in 30 minutes. For everyone saying they feel like the staff are pushing services on them: just say no and that's that.

  I have always had a positive experience at the Bristol location. I travel a lot and each time I bring my car to the wash it looks amazing. The staff are very friendly and I love how I am greeted with a free wipe for the inside of my car each time I come through!! Love this place and the price. Keep it up!!!

  This was the Bristol Location. Well wasted 12.00. I will never bring my vehicle to this car wash again. Didn't begin to get any of the dirt off. My 3 year old niece could do better than that using a tooth brush.

  A really nice place to get a full service oil change. Had a very nice waiting room. Just be careful as they will try to sell you tons of extras and you may end up leaving broke.
