Unpolite pple very stuck up n kick pple out of their home of 15 yrs elderly n on disability/SS. They owned their doublewide n couldnt afford to move it so the mhp got it, reason for eviction was nothing hadn't done anything wrong no damages owed no money. The mph didn't want to renew their lease,knowing the ppl was not in the position to move their home of 13yrs.

Large campground with a whole lot of full-timers. The vast majority really take care of their site, making everything look tidy and neat. We had a hell of a time checking in, but that's because their office was closed for the holidays. Apparently you can make reservations online when you're not supposed to (which means no one is expecting you). It was pretty aggravating but after about 2 hours, we finally got checked in. The staff was very nice, apologetic, and friendly.

Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone or come to the gate. Got tired of waiting so we left and went to another campground. Looked nice and we'd heard good things about this place but we just never could get any help that evening.

Came in at 10pm..there is no check-in office and no attendant to help you into the campground. We picked up our access key from a post office box, but when we attempted to use it at the gate it didn't work. By this time there were 3 campers behind us backed up trying to gain entrance as well. The people behind us used there entrance card to let all the campers inluckily her card worked. The campsites aren't paved and are super-tight quarters! We found our lot which was given to one of the others that had just entered with us. He told us that he got a call earlier today about a change of lots. There is no camp host on the camp ground to help you, attempted to called the number on my confirmation and no one answered the phone! We had no other choice than to use the only open lot available, which was too small for our 40ft rv. Also, worth mentioning, there is NO WI-FI!!!! Needless to say our Memorial weekend trip, is turning into a Memorial overnight trip!! Would have given1/2star if I could have!!

0 stars would be a high rating for this joke of a resort. No shade at all for daily or weekend sites. Wifi only within a few feet of the office. Bring your toolbox. You will need it to troubleshoot the electrical issues you will have. Cable took us over 2 hours to get working. They have their own remotes that are not offered until you complain at the office that you can't get their cable. That is, if you can find someone actually in the office. We waited almost an hour in the hot sun waiting for someone to show up when we first arrived and 3 hours later they are still in and out of the office. Mostly out. Too many aggravations for $60 a night. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE IF POSSIBLE.

I don't no what my experience would be because I called about using a gulf cart because my husband is handy caped . It would cost $25.00 to register your cart.plus $3.00 per day to hook to electric for your cart. Plus proof of insurance . And $60.00 per night. ..so don't think we'll be staying there. They need to post this on their website. I would not of been happy finding this out after we arrived..who nos if there are any other hidden chargesthey don't need a gun here to rob you..
