Today was Remington’s first visit at VCA All Pet Animal Hospital/Taylorsville, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for friendly, professional care.

I have high praise to give to Amie, the first face we encountered. She was super friendly and made Remington feel comfortable. While going through the new patient set up, she was very informative but didn’t make it feel like we were being “sold” anything. She made us, and Remington, feel very welcome and comfortable. Remington made fast friends with Amie after all the pets and treats!

My next high praise goes to Dr. Kunchur, who was very professional and calm and through her exam, and listened to our concerns after the exam was over. When we asked our questions and stated our concerns, she followed up with a further look without making it seem like we were a burden. I love that she spent a few minutes getting to know Remington before starting her exam.

All the other staff we encountered (whose names I didn’t catch) were super friendly and willing to answer all questions we had.

Remington has a follow up spay next week with Dr. Kunchur, who readily provided an estimate. I look forward to establishing long term care.

VCA is an incredible vet! Dr. Neville and Dr. Maloof put their hearts into every patient that comes in. Amazing staff from the front to back! The doctor's spend time to explain and make sure we know what's going on with our pets. They're so friendly when you walk in you don't feel like you're walking into a scary hospital it's comfortable and relaxed the doctors seem more like your friends. They even text you to check up on your pets, it's so convenient! I would recommend this vet to anyone!

I was here for about an hour and a half. I spent 3 minutes of that talking to the vet and the rest of the time waiting, do not come here in a time constraint. Zero sense of urgency.

As a new dog owner I've come to love my puppy very much and am glad these people showed the same love for my Mackushla. Amie is a great help and really made the environment more welcoming.

I have used vca for many years and really like it. Unfortunately we had to humanely euthanize our dog last week. They have a special private room for that procedure. It has a couch, lamps and blanket for the dog and they gave our dog a bag of yummy treats to eat. She was so happy. It felt like home instead of a sterile treatment room. The staff and Dr. Neville were so kind. They gave us all little dog angel pins and we also received a sympathy card in the mail today that was signed by the entire staff. Their kindness made this difficult procedure much more bearable. I would definitely recommend VCA and especially Dr Neville. Thanks to all the great staff!

Dr. Neville is one of the best vets I've been too, his staff is very friendly and attentive. Dr.Neville was great with my dog and very understanding of my dog's situation. He is also very detail oriented when it comes to explaining things. He pulled out an anatomy book and showed me exactly what was going on. I plan to have him be my pets provided for a really long time. Thank you so much VCA!

We love this place so much we brought out two gray tabbys here mama and Tigger and they were great and help so much Amy was amazing with getting us in and to see the vet and was way friendly the vet also help us alot with explaining alot we didn't know about she name is Mantiu Kunchur definitely recommend you come here to get your animals checked here they are great and we will definitely be going here from now on thank you guys so much!!!!

I thought this place was really great at first. Then when I had my puppy spayed she came home with clipper burn, and not just a little bit. It looked like Freddy got at her. I complained to the doctor but all I got was a "I'll talk to my staff" like it's not a big deal. That was about a year ago and I'm still mad about it.

I boarded my two dogs there during Thanksgiving. I told them my boy dog has back problems and can't do stairs. Later on I fronted the money for a bath when I picked them up. They both smelled horrible and my boy dog had his nose sliced open. With in a week my boy dog died. I was so devastated that I chose this place to be my dog's last few days on earth. If you are thinking of leaving your animals here for boarding, I would suggest you look somewhere else. I lost my little boy dog and wouldn't want anyone else having to suffer this. VCA Taylorsville will never ever get another pet from me.

I'll definitely recommend this vet to any of my friends who own pets. Dr. Neville was very informative and had a much more in depth look at our dog than the previous vet I had taken her to. The staff was very kind and helpful. Also, the checkup was free since it was our first visit which was great! They also gave us a complimentary gift bag with very good dog food and a reflective collar attachment. All in all a wonderful vet. :D

My last experience wasn't great, as I was charged a lot of money for a very basic ear cleaning that I do at home and my dog's ear wasn't even that dirty. However, the office manager called me back the next day to apologize. They refunded the ear cleaning charge. Everything else has been great here. They take excellent care of our CAWS foster dogs. And I love Doctor Kunchur! She is very knowledgeable, thorough, and gentle with my dogs and is never condescending or impatient with questions!

This is the best veterinary clinic I've encountered. Everyone was kind and helpful. Dr. Neville was excellent. Amy was so gentle and kind to my scared little dog. Thank you for your help, I will be taking my dogs to your clinic from now on.

Wonderful service from the staff as well as Dr. Manju. They all made my little Oliver feel so comfortable and welcome. I think he would rather stay there than come home with me after our visits! I adopted through CAWS and was given vouchers for the rest of his shots which was really helpful and kind of CAWS and VCA. Thank you for working with each other to help us new dog/cat moms/dads! They are kind, knowledgeable, and truly care about your animals.

I live all the way in Pleasant Grove and because of the reviews and my nervousness of taking my dog to the vet, I drove all the way to Taylorsville to have her looked at by these guys. At first, I forgot my leash and they were totally accommodating and gave me one that worked perfect for my dog. They were very welcoming and they are very knowledgeable. They gave me all of my options and price quotes before doing anything. My first initial visit was free and my medication was reasonable. They treated me and my dog amazing I will be back and I was super impressed thank you
