  9/14/2016 I came in at 12:15pm today with my daughter who was running a 100 degree fever and having issues breathing. I sat for an hour ALONE with a 6 year old and not a single person came to check on us or ask how my daughter was doing.. Nothing! After an hour went by I went to the desk and the women at the desk was rude after I said we waited an hour. She was not concerned and while talking on the phone, said she would issue me a refund for the copay. After I signed she said "Have a good day", all while continuing talking on the phone.She never even offered to get a nurse, or see what she could do to help. When I called from the parking lot asking to speak to the manager she said rudly "She's not here!". The customer service was horrible! I will not be recommending this urgent care to anyone and I will not be returning!

  Dr. Gardner and the staff were great. Everyone was kind and caring. The care was efficient and high quality. I appreciate the care I recieved at Southgate Urgent Care.

  Ended up in the hospital for four days after Dr.Ratnavallupasupulati took my thumb with a pellet size small infection and just started squeezing it with forceps. Did not open it did not numb it! I had to have surgery to have the infection and tissue removed. I also have to do physical therapy to regain movement in my thumb. All pics taken after treated here.

  Yes the waiting time was long but it wasn't extraordinarily long. I liked the staff. Urgent care is never fun but it wasn't that miserable here.

  This is by far the best Urgent Care downriver. The waiting time is very brief. All of the staff are friendly and treat you like family. They are great with children too! The medical assistants, nurses and LPNs are phenomenal. I would highly recommend to anyone in need. They accept medicaid too which is great for single mom's and that alike. I must add that when I come there very sick they are very thorough with everything and I love that! If I could give 10 stars I would!

  My mom and I were pleasantly surprised with our visit to Southgate Urgent Care. First there was not a wait. The front desk personnel was pleasant. Even when I was a bit annoyed with their paperwork process. Personnel kindly explained the reasons behind their process. So if you visit this Urgent care facility know that if you fill out the paperwork for someone other than yourself they are expecting you to sign the paperwork too. I was annoyed because part of the wording read (I have read and I am financially responsible.) Although I know that I am not. Words are important. They should change that. Kerdir was our next personnel contact. He was engaging and made my mom who was the patient feel comfortable. Great job! The doctor that attended to my mom was exceptional.Her quality of care was second to none. Overall great experience.

  The first thing I pay attention to is how I'm treated. The kindness and personal attention was outstanding. I was there on April 7th, 2017 about 4 o'clock, and the shift working were very dignified and kind. I appreciate that.

  Absolutely great staff, very kind and listened to everything I explained. The doctor was professional and a sweetheart, she asked if there were any questions I had. Highly recommend to make a visit there when needed.

  Wait time was a bit way too long for my son who was in excruciating pain,but other than that the lady at the front desk,nurses and Dr. were very friendly and attentive.Very clean and very well maintained office building and they were very thorough. I think I'd come back again as long as it wasn't as urgent as it was this visit do to the wait. All in all I liked it.

  The most friendliest staff and caring staff for not only adults but children. My daughter is 18 & my son is 5. We have been coming here since they opened. Very clean and they try to get you into doctor as quickly as possible. Highly recommend this urgent care to anyone❤️

  PREPARE TO EMPTY YOUR WALLET. They seemed fine the first time we went to this facility, staff was friendly and the wait was not too long. I recently took my other son there, waited quite a while and paid my copay as I did the first time with my other son. I later received a bill for a balance due on the copay. ? They changed the way they bill out their sevices since the last time we were there, which resulted in a copay higher than I would pay to see a specialist! I have NEVER had ANY other urgent care facility charge this copay. In the 13 years of having the same insurance, I was never aware of this other copay amount!
  ** BEWARE ** - especially if you have multiple children, you may wind up with a bill you can't afford when you could go a mile down the road to another facility that will bill it differently (and charge your normal copay) for the same care. I called the billing dept, (not the most pleasant people), and basically, since they can bill it at the higher service level, they do. Too bad for you. Told them I would never be back and would leave a negative review, didn't care!
