  My celiac son was able to enjoy an excellent gluten free pizza. I was able to eat a delicious gluten free sub sandwich. All my gluten eating family from out of town enjoyed great food there as well. No sickness afterward for us celiacs. Win win!

  Professional, quick service even during the dinner rush hour. Has a generous menu with delicious food! Don't be put off by the crowded parking lot like we initially were. Its located in a strip mall? Who cares?! Don't miss it!

  I used to really enjoy Erbelli's, but the quality has dipped over the years, not only in the food, but also in staff competence. I don't mean to sound malicious, but I'm amazed that the last three consecutive times I ordered from this place, each order was either wrong or was missing something. Those weren't the only times, either. There have been numerous occasions where the order was messed up in some way. I get that mistakes happen sometimes, especially if they're super busy. I usually let them slide, because again, I understand not every single time will be perfect. However, I can honestly say, out of all the places I order from, Erbelli's makes errors more than any other one. It's almost tradition at this point.
  
  The food has become disappointing. Their sub sandwiches used to be generously filled with the respective sandwich ingredients. Now I'm not even sure if there's anything to go with the huge amount of bread they give you. Their salads also used to be better. Chicken pieces were bigger and less fatty, there was more cheese, and the lettuce seemed a bit crisper. I recently ordered Chicken Alfredo, which was unfortunately clumpy and dry, not to mention a very low number of chicken pieces.
  
  Now, Erbelli's loves to gush about their pizza. It has won several annual awards. Why? I'm not totally sure. The pizzas I had were so greasy, they were basically almost mush. It still wasn't the worst pizza I've ever had, but worth awards? Debatable.
  
  My family tends to order from this place quite a bit. Usually I opt out, and get something else for myself. However, when I do decide I don't feel like going anywhere or making something and get something from Erbelli's, it usually becomes an experience that makes me desire more effort.
  
  I miss the old Erbelli's.

  Staff is remarkable. My husband and I have been going there for years. We receive wonderful service and love the atmosphere.

  Visiting from Chicago and we loved this place. We need one in Illinois! Friendly staff! Great pizza, salads, chicken fries, and cocktails for a great price! Thanks Erbellis!

  Best pizza. I live in Indiana and drive to Kalamazoo for work once in a while. Family insists on me picking pizza up and bring home! Love it!

  We ordered this while staying at the Best Western. The delivery guy brought it up to our room and was polite. The pizza was by far the best we ever had. We got the meat lovers. Good job!

  Really good food. Chicken fries came with parmesan which my daughter can't have. They got her a new order really quickly and left the other order for the table. Only complaint was that we ordered the Saturday special but they charged us full price. I always check the receipt and they fixed it when we pointed it out, but it could have easily been missed.

  Place was good but I wasn't totally "wow"ed like my husband was (he's actually hard to please usually). We ordered the Sunday family special (10" pizza, 12" pizza, and breadsticks) for $21 and thought it was quite a deal for the amount of food we actually got. We didn't order any drinks (we're just passing through for travels) but they seem to have a huge selection to choose from for beer, wine, and cocktails. Place was quiet when we were there but we went at 8:30 on a Sunday evening. Our server was nice and was attentive of our drinks when we needed refills. It seems like they specialize in pizza, they have the opportunity for you to create your own pizza and be kind of creative with it. There were many meat, veggie, and cheese options to choose from. We would definitely go back!

  Erbellies is amazing. I've had bad service only one time and filled out a "comment card" about it A week later I received a hand written letter from the owners apologizing with a gift card. The food is delicious and the service is typically great.

  Best Pizza In town! A must if you're near here It is semi-expansive though.. And sometimes there can be a wait but other than that occasional wait it's excellent!

  The lunch buffet sounds great but not so much!! Just returned from there after having to ask for my money back. The food was oldso old it was shriveled upthe pizza was soggy and the cheese looked awful on it. There were other options but the options were old and cold too. To put your hand over the buffet table you would feel no heat at all. The Caesar salad tasted oddsad to think I was willing to spend $20 for two and have us both stuck with eating salad because the other buffet items were old. The place was packed and everyone seemed to be happy eating old and cold food. Not meI work too hard for my money. On a positive side, there was no problem in getting my money backthe guy must be used to that request as he never blinked an eye while refunding my money. I will not be back. I only gave this place one star because I had to in order to be able to post this review.

  Some of the best pizza you will ever have..tortellini on pizza? Weird I know! But it is so good! Highly recommended
