Try to avoid family court if you are a dad. If you are, and ex isn't a junkie, prepare to be steamrolled! Probably even if she is and you are a good father without tens of thousands of dollars laying around. If you are a mom, you are in good shape. Don't sweat a thing. Can't pass the UA? Still good. If you have that Y chromosome though Bad things!

Westmoreland County Courthouse is nothing more than a mafia run "Kids for Cash" organization! From unconstitutional PFA's, siding with the worse parent for absorbenent attorney and court fees! Judge Driscoll has recenly been thrown off of the bench probably for working with a very corrupt attorney Richard Ducote. Make no mistake about though the entire courthouse from the sheriff to the prothonotary was working with a domestic terrorist!! This courthouse is violating the constitution of the US, ACT 112, and is clearly attacking US citizens just like Al Queda or ISIS is! One could argue that ISIS had the moral advantage over this courthouse because at least they kill people quickly for the most part. Westmoreland county working with Ducote Law kills you slowly kidnaps your children, bankrupts you, then you only wish you were dead!!! These low life bottom feeders should all be thrown into Gautonimo Bay Cuba where they belong with the other terrorists!!

Every one here is in leagues. The Tip staff have no problem with ex parte communications with their "favorite" attorney in custody matters. The sheriff's deputies have chatty conversations with select parties. It really is Monty Python, as one legal observer noted in his column. This makes Luzerne County look good.
