Every time I took my kids there I would say, "we are never coming here again" and I finally did find another dentist. The typical waiting room time was 45 minutes to an hour without any explanation or apology. They do not allow parents in the room while the dentist does their work and when they returned my daughter, they were not going to give me any information until I asked what was done and how she did. I saw the Oral Surges because I had problems with a wisdom tooth that I wanted pulled. He told me that I was "too old" to have it pulled and that it wouldn't move or give me problems even though I told him I was having pain and problems with it. I ended up having it pulled later by another Oral Surgeon.

I love them they have fixed my smile and have done an amazing job. when I'm all done I will be bringing in the entire family here from now on!!!! I dont know about the others but my wait time has never been long other then the first visit doing paperwork and that wasn't very long either I have gone through several dentist and they made sure to help and resolve all of my issues. All new people doing great things in the Greensburg office and if you don't have insurance they have great specials like emergency walk in with x rays $29.00 my dental team for good. Where they go I go

The wait times are awful when you have appointments later in the day. Even appointments in the morning, you wait, which I don't understand how. The BIGGEST problem I have with them is scheduling. I call when I get the cards in the mail and they call me 2-3 times to re-schedule based upon the hygienist or dentist's schedule. It is very hard to re-schedule all four of my kids. I have expressed my concern and they do not care. I am over having to do this every six months and am looking at another dental provider, which they also didn't care about losing FOUR patients!

Made me wait for over a month to get infected teeth pulled. With glands the size of a golf ball and a really bad infection I have to say this plase doesnt care about the paitents. It cares about money..

I had an app to go here this week to get my wisdom teeth out. I have never heard of this dentistry before. I got the number from my insurance this is one of the dentistry's that take my insurance. I just want to thank everyone that wrote reviews that informed me of this place. I have only had cleanings never had I had any problems or procedures done to my teeth before, and I wouldn't want my first one to go horribly wrong.
