Poor quality food and rude server

We are locals and we went on labor day. We ordered the artichoke dip with pitas as an appetizer. There pitas were extremely tough. When we inquired about them with the server she said that's how the come, and couldn't have been less concerned. I asked if they had something else to do the dip with and she said yes that they had chips. She then brought potato chips out. You can't do artichoke dip with a potato chip. Our main course we're decent but our lunch bill was 100 for 4 and no accommodations were made for the appetizer. Our server also added a large party gratuity to a table of 5 next to us who were English as a second language. They caught it and asked what it was and got no good explanation. To top it off my wife's iced tea had a fruit fly in it. It will be our last trip there as is had been in constant decline for a few years.

We had lunch here on a Friday afternoon during the busy season, all of the other restaurants in the area were packed, this place was pretty empty. That should have been red flag #1. Our food took over 40 minutes to get to us, even with a hand full of tables to serve. Our waitress never checked on us during this time, we all sat needing beverage refills. When our food finally came it was mediocre at best, we were excited by interesting and tasty sounding options. The crab cake sliders were mushy without much flavor, and it was the best thing we ordered. The waitress could care less about doing her job and would only come out from the back when she brought our food out, disappointing for a restaurant that is decently pricey, the cute decor was the best thing. Go anywhere else.

Ordered blackened whitefish. Baked fish with off the shelf spices poured on it and some creamy hot sauce. Served with about 8 green beans and rice. Definitely not worth $25!

My party sat a long time at our table before being waited on. One burger was raw, not rare but raw. We sent the burger back and then they brought it back without any burger toppings and even after being asked for toppings still didn't get pickles. They even brought the burger back out on a separate plate because they said the original was too bloody.

Both people in my party that ordered the fish tacos had every single taco fall apart right down the middle immediately. The tacos were cold as well. The grilled salmon on the taco was cold.

The tap water tastes like iron as well. I understand that's the local water, but the menu prices at this place are high enough to warrant alternative water sourcing.

Waitress was nice and food was good. Not much of a selection on the lunch menu, though. Only had one burger on the menu but they did let us "build our own burger" so that made up for it. Prices are kinda high. Not a big fan of charging $3 for fries when it should come with the burger.

Waitress seemed to be upset when all we wanted was drinks and an appetizer.
Menu has changed and we were disappointed in the choices. We won't come back!

My waitress was a complete jerk! You can tell she didn't want to be at work! The artichoke dip was terrible do not order it. I watched 4 sets of tables walk out. The food was alright I would never come back. I was going to get dessert but decided I rather chew on my own shoe.

Marge, our waitress was great. Hostess was also very friendly. Great service, food okay As in other posts serving size a little small for the price.

The food was good but the portions were small for the high price you were paying for the meal. No breadbasket, salad or soup is included in your meal (dinner). For the price your paying I would think these should be included. Basically we left still feeling hungry and ended up getting ice cream on the way back. Also, had to wait a long time to get our food. We were told 2 big parties were ahead of us (party of 2). I would think that this wouldn't matter if the kitchen was properly trained to handle this, considering the location. The server did apologize for the long wait but you would think she would of offered a free appetizer or something. Also, notice the server giving a drink to the wrong table. Once the customer told her she didn't order the drink the server just took the drink off the wrong table and gave it to the correct table. I would think she should of went back and made a fresh drink and served it to the correct table. If they do this to drinks I wonder what happens if food is served to the wrong table! So watch what you order and where it goes. We will not be going back to this place.
