Clean with a good buffet. The bed was very comfortable. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was my key card didn't work and u had to return to the front desk and wait for the attendant to stop chatting with other guests about the weather for 5 minutes to get the card fixed. Could have been better customer service at that time.

The one star review is purely for their customer service. I called inquiring about a room, and the person who answered the phone gave me a price point. I asked if they would price match an offer I received from a neighboring competitor, and the woman on the phone laughed in my ear and very cockily stated “we’ll you go ahead and book at Best Western then..” and hung up. I’m now staying st best western. :)

We were just in town for one night attending a funeral. We had stayed here previously and our 6 year old HAD to go swimming. The pool is kind of small but he LOVED it. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. I spoke to them prior to our stay and they allowed us to check out a little bit late. The extra hour made it so much easier for us to keep our two young children occupied. Another perk of this hotel is a nice hot breakfast included.

The location is easy to find. The rooms are nice and clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast is awesome. The service is exemplary.

Yes, the front lobby looks a little scary with the chairs and booths that are peeling and falling apart. The furniture arrangement is a tad strange in the rooms, as the microwave/refrigerator cabinet partially blocks access to the rest of the room. However the rest is good. The staff is very friendly, the rooms seem to be pretty clean. Overall a decent stay.

The hotel is great. We love staying here and the staff is wonderful! The only thing I wish they would improve on is the lobby area where you eat. The chairs are in need of replacing!

I went to the Hampton Inn to visit a friend for a few hours. Since it was a holiday weekend and I was not the primary guest, I did not have much interaction with the staff. However, from my time spent there, everything was extremely clean and is honestly one of the nicest hotels I have been to in the Indiana Area. Given the need to spend the night in Indiana, this hotel would be top on my list.

It was a nice hotel. The fitness center has a lot of cardio things like treadmills, bikes, etc. They also had some weight machines. The pool was nice and clean but it smelled badly like chlorine but it was nice to swim in. The rooms were very nice and modern looking. Overall it's worth a stay if you're in the area.
