we had never seen so many beautiful rugs before, Our salesperson was wonderful to work with and was very helpful in answering all of our questions. We had purchased a large rug for a main dining room several years ago and it still looks like new. We are so excited in our purchase of this new rug for our first floor family room. We just know it will be a welcome new addition to our household.

Excellent people to work with. Incredible selection of rugs. We looked all over Pittsburgh and these were the nicest, most knowledgeable, and most helpful staff. They even held the rug for us for months while we did construction, then brought it out and installed it with the pad. They even sent us Pistachios for Xmas!!! Amazing customer service!!!

Friendly service with a huge selection of custom and one of a kind rugs for all budgets. We used their cleaning service and were very happy with the results on our deep shag virgin wool rug. Their new location (literally next door to the old location) is larger and offers a great setting to explore your next home design purchase.

I bought a nice silk/wool rug that ended up shedding too much for my liking. I called the store a few months later and they offered to exchange the rug for one that didn't shed. The staff was friendly, funny, and took my request seriously. You won't find better service anywhere

I had purchased an area rug from World Of Rugs in April. I had researched prices online at other e retailers and in stores. I found the site easy to use and the selection was enormous. I used Pay Pal and and the shipping ended up being free! Since Im in the area it was here the next day and in time for entertaining some guests. Thank you Adam =)

Friendly and very helpful staff, high quality selection and a range area rugs from contemporary to modern to traditional oriental and Persians styles. I was astonished to see how affordable some of the prices were on the fine hand woven imported rugs. I will be back again!

I moved into my apartment that had hard wood floors and during our first winter I realized I would need a rug to keep our feet warm. I shopped around and went to a few different places before finding World Of Rugs. The sales staff was particularly helpful in helping me find a rug that would match our home decor. We had a great experience at the shop and will go back the next time we need another rug. I would also recommend anyone looking for a rug visit World Of Rugs and ask for David, he made the entire experience a pleasure.
