  Staff available but not computer to use ?
  Computer used froze and had to move to another. 30+ minute to get reserved truck week night, evening. Poorly lit poorly available customer parking in crowded creepy rear of the building, uncomfortable Safety for after hours return drop off alone, fencing surrounding w overgrowth, Open overflowing dumpsters, not appearing Eco Friendly to Recycle the boxes/packaging or considerate Sanitation Servicer. Locks,boxes, label tape kits available, other vehicle hardware relationship also for sale. Accommodate nondriver payer for truck. Manual minimal cab control (Remember wind up window ?) Handed keys with No escort to truck to answer questions or state run down controls or local laws operation. Night time Lighting exterior/box area been nice. Automatic drag on not needed empty/ Safety break location and Release. I could have Read waiting on wall or pamphlet, silent monitor screen b nice. ( Unusable one from the computer) More guys on Servicer side of desk than # Customer side ? Maybe Thinking like a women multitasking or having one as Supervisor help Benefit this location.

  The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make our trip convenient. They gave genuine advice and were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this location for all your moving needs.

  Friendly service, knowledgeable staff. Helpful with rentals, installed my hitch, and always get our propane filled here.

  We had an appointment to install a trailer hitch. We showed up about 15 minutes early and they took our car in right away. The hitch was put on and installed just a few minutes after our scheduled appointment. Was extremely satisfied at the quality and speed. Highly recommended.

  Great place for propane too. Open everyday till 1900, cheaper per gallon rate, and fills your tank on the spot. You only pay for what they filled.

  There was almost no line on a Saturday morning. I was in and out and on my way in no time. Returning the truck was quick and easy as well.
