Prices are high but selection is good. Store is clean and very well organized. Wish I had one closer to me.

I came in for a pair of boots. I already knew what I wanted I just needed someone to grab them for me. After 10 minutes of no one walking past I went over to guns where two employees were and asked if someone could help me get a pair of shoes to which someone told me they would be no help to me in that area. Really?! It's rocket science to get a pair of shoes? So I went up front where someone already is and he got me the nicest man, Mike. Mike was extremely helpful in getting me the right size and sending me on my way. If not for him I would have given 1 star. Whenever you go here ask for Mike because he's someone who truly likes what he's doing and you can tell.

I avoid this place as much as I can. The staff seem to mean well, but I've found myself frustrated with their service on multiple occasions. The first was over me trying to return something to the store that they had mislabeled. I didn't even leave the store before realizing that they had goofed. When I tried to return (more like exchange) they were happy to admit that they messed up but not so happy to let me return the item. I asked to speak to a manager and things were taken care of (eventually), which I appreciated. More recently, I was looking into purchasing accessories for trail cams, and I couldn't get any assistance there to save my life. I approached someone there to ask about the models and he said that he didn't know anything about them (understandable), asked me if there wasn't an employee back in that section (obviously not or I wouldn't be asking you), and then told me to wait over in the section and that someone would be right over. Nobody showed. It was stupid and I had other Christmas shopping to do so I left.

We shopped last Saturday , unlike other visits we were VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! The stock was extremely low on everything , especially in the Mens department! I expressed frustration to a female employee (manager?) and her reasoning was "Black Friday really made inventory go down?!" Being fifteen days ago, the "Black Friday" reason made me chuckle. Its Christmas time??!! It seems like a corporate and or distribution issue however her attitude made me not want to shop here again! We had every right to be disappointed. Certainly wont shop here as often anymore. I must say the young female in the shoe department was awesome,helpful,kind!! I wish I had names.

It was nice but didn't have a fish tankand the headband selection wasn't very big, no basketball gear.oh and the bear isn't that soft, not worth touching.

Everything I need for me, my husband, and daughter to go fishing. All with great customer service. Tom helped me with hooks and supplies. Robin was extremely patient with my husband's out of state fishing license. Kenny gave us a speedy and friendly check out. Will definitely be shopping with them again.

I personally love this place. Associates are always very kind and exceptionally knowledgeable. One-on-one interactions are the true test of knowledge and the associates always pass with flying colors. One of my favorite places to shop!

The people are really nice and know exactly what you need. I got a coat and a pair of boots sold to me by an excellent customer service agent. They are not condescending or judgmental, and they will let you try it on before you buy it. The representative outside always speaks to me, or says hello when I walk by. They have a big selection of name brand apparel and a friendly staff. I recommend checking out the store.

Service is all-around fantastic. This location will give you the best experience you can imagine. Product assortment us outta this world as well. Clean, bright store with tons of badass taxidermy. Fireplace leading the store, you will always get greeted, this place is a must-see, must-shop.

Huge selection. Not a hunter or a fisherman; but, went in to find camping gear for a new boy scout. Was surprised with a fairly wide selection of high quality camping gear.
