Stopped in on a road trip due to an engine light turning on. They looked at it to make sure nothing was wrong and had us on our way in less than 10 minutes! No charge!

Scheduled an appointment for oil change one week prior and when I called for confirmation, my appointment was not scheduled. Worst service ever. Do not waste your time calling or coming to this place.

Key programming scam. If you bring in your own keys to be cut and programmed, you will be double charged and told that your key will start the car but remote function is not compatible with your vehicle. They will sell you their key then charge again for programming. Scam, your keys do work, I know because I programmed the door functions on all keys in less than 2 minutes. Actually this is the second vehicle this happened with. First time years ago they told me the same thing with a Honda CRV, but trusted them, this time I investigated and followed thru with the key maker and followed instructions verifying it was the dealership being dishonest. Truly disappointed. Bought a Honda Fit last year from Voss but won't buy or service a vehicle from there again. They even had the audacity to charge me twice and then act like were doing me a favor with a 10% discount. Pretty smooth scam.

Just bought my second car there. Each time was given great deal on my trade in. Brad in use cars is great!! He truly wants sell you a car that you want. Voss Honda a huge selection of cars and Brad was patient and let me look at all the cars. If your looking to buy a car look up Brad in used cars!

Just left Voss Auto with my husband, he needed a new key for his car. The employees there were great, super nice and helpful, great customer service! We've had issues with other Honda dealerships in the past, and it was refreshing to go to one where they aren't trying to charge you an arm and a leg to open up your hood! Great job, we were in and out quick!
