Former Bartender: Landrys is full of it. This location shut down because Amy couldn't manage a Burger King. She was so worried about taking guests' dollars for their "loyalty card" that the food quality dropped while the costs rose. Also, they left around 50 service staff jobless with no warning. Stay away from any Landrys property. They use awful, Sysco food, the cheapest line they offer, and sell an atmosphere of cheesy nothignness at each concept.

Edit: i hope all the other management, including Jorge, find gainful employment. they were rockstars in a cover band restaurant.

Terrible experience. Had our menus literally ripped out of our hands by the manager because our server gave us the wrong ones like it was our fault. Ordered our food and 20 mins later they told us they were out of the dish I ordered. Cancelled the ladies meal but decided to keep the appetizers which came 10 apart from each other. With your high prices you guys seem to have very low standards

"Diners Beware"
Had a dinner out with several friends .
The restaurant was all but empty which I found strange for a Friday evening.
I personally enjoyed the oyster Rockefeller but the wedge salad was a joke with some dried cheese on it and a few chopped up tomatoes and no dressing. I decided on the King Crab legs which at best were smaller than snow crab legs. They were WAY over priced and tasted like they had been in the freezer for a year. Quite frankly the crab legs are better at the local Chinese buffet. The service was poor and why I left the tip Ill never know, must have been the wine!
We will never go back to this place.

Service was super slow. The restaurant was just about empty yet we still had a little wait and people that came in after us were seated before us. There were several waiters standing around doing nothing. We only had a party of 4. Our drinks and appetizers came promptly but we waited at least 45 minutes for our entrees. With in that 45 minutes our server did not check on us once. My friend's steak was cold and the rest of our food was warm as if it had been sitting for a while. She returned her steak, which she order medium well, and they just put it on the grill and returned it well done. She complained to the manager and was so upset, we were there for her birthday, she didn't eat. He took her entree off her check and her appetizer. She asked if all of us could get a portion off our bill for the poor service. He said he assumed we all shared her appetizer so he took that off. She told him that was her appetizer. He went back, recharged her for the appetizer and took $5 off of our bills. The food was okay, but not worth the price. I was not impressed at all.

I'm here right now with a party of 9 for a birthday party just order lobster tail and steak seriously they just brought me four slices of steak, himself the reason is doesn't say like 6oz because it's closer to 2oz (if that) and I think I ate 8 bites between lobster tail and steak. I'm here for a birthday and am not going to cause a scene by complaining to management and staining a friend's birthday experience. I'm about to leave here with nothing but a large bill and an empty stomach this place is terrible. Like seriously one of the most expensive meals on the menu and I'm leaving hungry, shaking my head TERRIBLE; service was slow but I do not blame the waiter for the tiny portion sizes. I will never go back. If you are thinking of dining here DONT DO IT.

Absolutely loved this place.. my husband and I had dinner here in our honeymoon.. very pleased. A little pricey but the food is well worth the money.. only thing is if you want happy hour drinks you have to sit at the bar.. our waitress did not inform us of this prior to ordering.. however, we will definitely be back.
