Love love love this place, the building itself is beautiful and so are the people working there. I lost 30 pounds thanks to their hcg program. Have not gained any weight back and it's already been over a year since I did that. Thank you and will be back for more this year :)

I Have been wanting to try B-12 shots for some time now, and convinced my husband it would behoove him as well. I called Vitality Med Spa, and we walked in shortly after. We were quite happy with the office, and found the employees to be personable and efficient. We will be back!
