I really did like it here. I was surprised at everything we got for the price we paid. I went in the winter and at night everything was lit up with Christmas lights. Was a fun time, super close to the grand Canyon. The only thing I did not like had nothing to do with the hotel, it was the fact that there is no food stores around and the only eatery's there are expensive. So unless you want wendys for your whole stay pack some food. The hotel does have restaurants inside but I was not able to go because my new born likes to make a scene 😒

I was expecting much more from this hotel. We had many problems I would like to think they were isolated problems. However, I dont think they are. When we arrived there was nobody at the front desk to greet us, we waited 5 minutes, no big deal. A few pros the bed was pretty comfortable and the location was good for what we were doung. The hotel has a slight musty smell like swamp cooler or wet rag. Our bathroom was not clean, hair on the floor. We left our room at 9 am and returned at 4 pm, our room hadn't been cleaned. They called and said housekeeping leaves at 4 and our room wouldn't be cleaned if we were still there, so we quickly left. The alarm clock in the next room went off at 2 am it was very loud, Probably not their fault however very annoying took them a few minutes to get it shut off. There are less expensive options in the area that you will get more value for your money. Nothing here to justify an above average rate. Which for the area this hotel was.

I want to thank your maintenance men, Steve and Jake. They were both very helpful. Also your housekeeping staff, Bonnie,Connie and Tiffany. They were not only helpful, but knowledgable about the area. Your whole staff were polite and friendly. I will tell anyone who asks, that this is the place to stay. I will make a point in future to look for a country inns and suite when in need of a place to stay. Thank you all.

Good price. Clean and bright rooms (don't like dim rooms). Helpful front desk. They don't try to save money on shampoo conditioner or soaps like other hotels do.

We needed a one night stay. The other hotels around us were $399 and $439 for a week night- and they were full. We have a very comfortable room. Better than that is the cleanliness and full breakfast. And my favorite; the bed and pillows! We will send all of our friends here. Thank you, Country Inn and Suites.

Everything was great with me being from Louisiana I was here for a two week training for my job and it was my birthday and the ladies who worked at the front desk made sure my gifts arrived in my room. All the staff was wonderful.

Friendly service, comfortable beds but the swimming pool was over chlorinated. The chlorine burned when it got in my eyes and irritated my skin. A nice place to stay.

I have never stayed at this hotel chain before. I took a gamble and decided to book here for 3 nights. This hotel is newly renovated. They have a fantastic breakfast and our room is always clean with fresh linens and towels. I used workout facilities each day and the area needs cleaned and a little work. One of the days treadmills were not working. The breaker for outlet had blown. Staff told me to reset treadmill and it should start. I finally just plugged it into another outlet. When maintenance finally showed up he didn't have keys to access the breakers. Weird, he is the maintenance guy. Front desk staff was the worst I have ever experienced. Very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Each time I would go to desk they were visiting with other employees and I had to wait for them to finish their conversation. Can you buy bottled water in hotel? I only saw ice cream and snack machine? Overall comfortable and clean. I would stay here again and hope for better trained employees.

Country inn and suites was a pleasant overnight stay for me. It was conveniently located right off the main highway in Mesa Az. The girl behind the desk was polite, easy to understand and helped save me quite a bit off of my.bill in the end. The rooms are.always spacious and clean, the pool area and lobby were nice and neat and the color scheme in this hotel was modern and calming. The free breakfast was the typical continental. Very well made and tended for and plenty to go around. Overall had a very nice experience.

Wonderful hotel.fabulous room, love the separation between the beds and the living area. Couch was a sectional so lots of room. Separate desk area and coffee station. Elevators were fast and the pool was very nice. But the staff is the best reason for going----kind, attentive, informative and helpful. 24 hr market place for quick meals/snacks. Great breakfast----delicious.
