They make you feel like family when you walk in the doors. My favorite is the pimento cheese burger. They have a variety of foods and I have never received bad service there!! So yummy :)

The 'special' Hoagie bread was soggy; the French Fries were old - had to be sitting under a lamp for quite some time. HOW is this 'dump' in business and people rate it decent (unless they have no taste food other than Junk Food. Awful!
AND if you take a peak into the kitchen OH MY! Messy counters, the workers are in "dirty" 'street-cloths' NOT kitchen uniforms, and I was in restaurant management for 30 years - UGH!

Visited this little gem today. I was not expecting much, so you can only imagine how surprised I was when the food came out to be pretty darn good. I got the pot belly burger -- a beef patty stuffed with cream cheese, thick glazed bacon, and apple slices on a toasted bun -- and I honestly have to say it was one of better burgers I've had in Augusta. They have a good selection of craft beer as well!

We called ahead that we would be bringing in a large group. The service was great even with another large party there at the same time. The staff tag teamed to make sure that everyone was taken care of properly and our drink were always full.

I've been eating here for years. My favorite is the club sandwich but everything I've had here has been great. The one time they messed up an order the manager fixed it promptly and reduced the price. Nice atmosphere with a cozy setting. Lot of local nostalgia.

Another great locally owed gem. This place has everything and I've never tried something, i didn't like. They have lots of beer selections and special. The catfish is the best.

Lunch was great! French onion soup was great. Followed by the best hand battered chicken tenders with wedge fries and the fried pickles were to die for at the Village Deli. Great happy hour Margaritas @ $3.75.

Been coming here for years. 6-17-2017 was my first time back since moving back home a year ago. Food is awesome, wonderful atmosphere, excellent customer service which is rare in Augusta. Just an awesome hometown restaurant and bar. The menu offers something for just about everybody. From appetizers to pizza to hamburgers and dinner plates.

We began eating here in 1989. The food is consistent, flavorful, and bountiful. Like most restaurants in Augusta, they aren't light on the salt. The servers share tips, or at least they once did. They work together to provide good service. The patty melt is good but even better if one adds jalapeños.

The place was decent enough. Has an old diner feel and is fairly quiet, even when busy. Prices are mid range. Only gripe is that they run out of items quickly but it takes a while before they communicate this, so you're left waiting 10mins for food that doesn't exist.
