I drove several hours to look at a car they had for sale after calling to make sure they had only to find that I wouldn’t be able to drive it and I would have to come back the next week to drive and purchase it. When I made the drive the following week, they had just started cleaning it and I had to wait several hours for them to finish it. Then they sent the title work to the wrong tag office and gave me attitude at one point when I was folllowing up about it. I ended up having to do all of the registration myself. It was a terrible experience except for Nick, one of their salesman, who was extremely professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He did his best to help every step of the way and if it weren’t for him I probably would have made a much bigger deal about things at the dealership. It’s a shame the rest of the dealership was incapable of providing anything resembling a pleasant car buyig experience.

Typical scummy old school Chrysler dealer. These people drag down the entire automotive industry. Went in to look at the Charger 392, tried box closing me when I walked in the door? Sat me down in the finance office before I had even seen the car and hit me hard with financing, credit, blah blah. I showed them I was pre- approved through USAA and that set them off. They wanted to make money off of me so bad on the back end, they were willing to not sell me the car. As I was in the office I was first told they were grabbing the car, then I was told it was in detail, then I was told it was blocked in, then I was told it had sold. They had a few of them on the lot There was no way in hell I was going to buy from them after that treatment, so I ended up going to another Chrysler dealer in Roswell.

Cliffs: if you want to get taken for a ride, go here.

I had my 2012 Dodge Charger serviced for a transmission fluid exchange with pan drop, thermostat replacement, coolant flush, and oil change. I had neglected my "baby" but the Express Service Manager Brian Brinson helped get me running like new. I scheduled an appointment so I didn't have to wait around. Brian was prompt, courteous, and even threw in a 10% discount. I also received complimentary shuttle service to my home, I was able to wait in the comfort of my own home. My car is running like new again thanks to these guys. I will definitely return for future service.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Save yourself the headache and wasted time and go somewhere else. We try to be understanding when things take longer than expected but this is now the 3rd time we have received terrible customer service with this dealerships service department. Purchased truck brand new and it has been in the shop for miscellaneous repairs and recalls. This last time we were quoted our truck to be there 1 dayEIGHT days later, it was finally ready. (only after hounding them on the phone) Several phone calls to the dealership went unanswered. We couldn't get anyone to call us back. When we finally got someone on the phone, we learned half of the issue wasn't even fixed because "no one ordered the part" or "no one wrote it down". It was a different excuse every time. When we finally picked our truck up, it was FILTHY! Due to the nearby construction, dirt and dust accumulated on the truck. You could see all the nearby new vehicles recently washed, but not ours. We expect to have our truck returned in the same way it was received-not covered in dirt and dust. When asked to speak to a manager, we were told he was "in a meeting" and would call. Obviously, we are not holding our breath on that phone call. I would advise to take your business to a Dodge dealership that knows how to operate and provide customer service. Absolutely terrible the way they treat loyal customers. I will be emailing corporate Dodge as well.

I went to get an oil change. I arrived around 12 and was told it would probably be an hr or two wait. I was praying for the best but preparing myself for the worse. At 12:40 pm, Tubbs came to tell me my jeep was ready!! Prayers answered!!! Thanks to Mr. Tubbs (The Man) for getting me in and out, on lunch break(I may add).. Hopefully my next visit will be as pleasant as today!

Worst service ever. Arrived at 7:56am to get service on my vehicle. Started asking about my car at 12:08pm once I notice some people after me had started to leave with they vehicles being serviced. 2 of the workers come to me asking me my name. The guy who I originally had given my key to finally comes to me and ask Are you sure of the name it's under. Now I'm pissed starting to become annoyed but I stayed cool. I see Scott with another worker looking outside at cars and the other guy is checking the numbers in each window? So I asked Is my car still here because I have never seen anything like this before. Ok 12:48 they guy come to me and say "I have your car it was parked in the back but no work has been done on it". I replied "are you serious I been here all this time for you to tell me I have to wait much much more longer?". He replies "I can reschedule you" I instantly told him "No you will not, it will be taken care of today". He then apologies and tell me "he's sorry for the inconvenience and will have me vehicle rushed to be serviced and also detailed in and out and the cars will be washed and he had a employee take me to grab something to eat which I paid for myself. 3:08pm I get my car back remind you on the way to the location it was raining. As Im approaching my car I'm noticing the car is still damn dirty. I opened the inside the only thing that had been adjusted was the driver seat. I go back in to speak to Scott to tell him no detail was done on the vehicle. I'm pointing out to him the windshield is dirty the receipt is still on the back seat. He's pointing out to me the water on the car. "I said sir it was raining on the way here. I been here since 8 and now I'm leaving at 3 this is unacceptable to have a O2censor changed. I will not go back to Atlanta West Again very poor customer service.

Very mixed reviews for this place. We brought two vehicles here and both time we were there for over 5 hours with a child!!!!! The first time was in 2014 (we were there for 7 hours and had to come back the next day) and the second time we did get everything done that day. The sales people were vultures, but the finance people were able to give us good deals on our vehicles. If you go here, be prepared to wait a lifetime and bring your breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a sleeping bag!

EDITED: Please note what I wrote below is incorrect. I was called by the operator, Gary, who was responsive and courteous. He informed me that the shuttle does run until 6:00pm and he would personally take care of the issue. I appreciate the response and attention to the issue. I have amended my rating to reflect good customer service.

WARNING: Their courtesy shuttle stops running at 4:30. They do not tell you this on their website. I am currently stranded with my 5 year old until my wife can come get us.

A++++ Service from my Sales Person Kevin Chaney, who asked very great probing questions and understood the angst involved with purchasing a new care while handing a very personal matter, I was transition through. I also wanted to thank their GM, Terrell for being courteous and straight forward throughout the process.

A great place to get your car from. My dad passed away last December, but he always bought all his cars from this dealership and now I will be doing the same:)

If I could rate 0 stars I would. It took this location 5 days to tell me that my battery was dead and engine was skipping and quoted me $893.40 for a new battery and tune up. The sales representative cheekily sent me just the amount when I asked for her to send me the quote to my email instead of an itemized list of what they were attempting charge me for. When I showed up to get my vehicle the very next day I was told that I couldn't get an itemized list bc it was locked in a desk of the same woman who wouldn't give it to me even when she was there and that my keys we're locked up in a mechanics toolbox. Then I was told by the man who was attempting to service me that he did not know WHICH mechanics toolbox it was but that it wasn't one that was there and he did not know where the keys were. Needless to say after a simple phone call after I repeated that ridiculous statement back to him in a riteously shrill voice they managed to locate my keys and I paid the ridiculous $150 diagnosis fee and drove my car off the lot. The mechanic I took it too assured me of what I already suspected that my car only had a dying battery and my engine was not skipping and was running very smoothly. Do not take your car here. Do not even think of taking your car here, especially if you are a woman because they are waiting and ready to prey upon any ignorance that we possess about vehicles. Just don't.

Extremely poor customer service in the service department. I dropped my jeep off at 8am. Told it would be ready in 3-5 hours. They said I'd receive a call with estimation as well. After 5 hrs I called and was told my Jeep wasn't looked at yet and would call me back in an hour with estimate. No call. I called back after 2 hours and the service department was CLOSED.. I needed my Jeep for an event the same evening. Following morning I called them. General Manager nowhere to be found. I told them not to touch my Jeep and went to pick it up. I am driving it to a reputable Jeep dealership for service.I wouldn't take a used tricycle to the Thornton location. If I could give them a zero score I would! I should have checked their customer feedback as well.Think twice before going there folks. Matter of factRUN!
Note to general mgr: TRAIN YOUR FOLKS STARTING WITH KEVIN COWART TO FOLLOW UP WITH CUSTOMERS IF VEHICLES ARE NOT SERVICED WITHIN PrOJECTED WINDOW OF TIME! So disgusted I'm spitting nails!

    STAY AWAY AND RUN !!!
Oh what a joke. Let's start with the service service advisers as there is only ever 2 people working in a very tiny area. They are always swamped and takes over 15 minutes just for someone to acknowledge your presence. They have recently done a remodel which to me was well wasted. They seem like they put all of the money in the service area which is great but failed too short of making things somewhat decent for customers.

Now lets talk about sales. When you are coming here from a deal you will be forced to look elsewhere. People that have purchased here simply paid the price. They are for sure not a "volume dealer" as listed on their website. If you actually want the best deal in the Atlanta you will have to go to Ed Voyles, Don Jackson, Landmark, etc. They are all talk and no action. I purchase new cars quite frequently and each sales interaction (at least 3 times) is more depressing than the last. So I have just elected to not come here again and lost a potential lifelong customer. They have high turnover in sales which is quite apparent. Save yourself the hassle and frustration and head somewhere that actually cares. The sales managers are potentially mentally challenged and might need to get that checked out.
