Natali! You have to work on your people skills ma’am! I visited ATL Gold Buyers today to sell some scrap gold. Natali & a male rep was there. They offered me an above the average price for my scrap gold. I mentioned that I was visiting different jewelry stores in the city to see who made the best offer all in fair business. I thanked them for looking at & pricing my scrap gold. What I did not like was as I was leaving the store, Natali mentioned that if I returned the offer would be for less than what they just quoted. They weren’t even the highest amount so far, so for her to say that to me was very insulting. Natali this is Atlanta & you are not the only jewelry spot in Atlanta. I don’t take kindly to threats like that & I don’t have to sell to you if other jewelry shops are offering more money. Natali that is not how the game is played. I may not return to your business, but I will never forgot that comment, your tone & how it made me feel. Remember Natali this is Atlanta & there are other options. IceBox Jewelry beat your offer by 49$. Yes 49$ and they were way more professional & welcoming than you. Be better Natali

Just bought an engagement ring and have to say am happy with the prices, the customer service was great. I felt most comfortable with them as this will be one of my most important decisions. They were patient explained me what to look when buying a diamond. When going to other locations I did not get the attention nor the knowledge provided by them. She gave me wholesale prices when comparing with other places. Natali is amazing and will be going to her for future purchases.

Do not sell your gold to them!
I tried to do the research before I went in and the first trick was the Penny weight to grams convertion. Then got defensive when I brought it up. But then she fooled me with her calculator skills. At the weight and current value of gold at the time that she qouted my pieces, I later found out she only paid me a 1/3 of my gold's value. The whole time teaching her son the hustle

Beware, they WILL take advantage of you!!!

Natalie and her husband are wonderful and fair people to deal with. They paid my 25% more than anyone else I went to for a quote! Go to ATL Gold Buyers to trade in your gold and coins and you will not regret it. Also ATL Gold Buyers carries a wonderful selection of jewelry in their shop and Natalie also designs jewelry with the stones that she will give you that she takes out of your gold jewelry.

I had a great experience with Estate Jewelers at Bukhead. Prior to selling my jewelry I received multiple quotes from 10 different stores and when I visited them most of them didn’t want to give what they promised. At the Estate Jewelers I received 85% of the current market price. Transaction went very smoothly without any surprises. What I mostly like about this store is their transparency and honesty. I strongly recommend doing business with this store.

I don’t normally right reviews but I’m sorry Natalie ‘YOU WERE DISHONEST WITH ME’. After making a few phone calls I ended up calling this store. I said I had some gold to sell and was interested in how much they were paying. She hee-hawed around asking was any of it estate jewelry because she would pay more. I said I didn’t believe so, that I thought most of it was scrap. She then asked well how much of it do you have. I said about 295 penny weights of 14k (which was all measured out by another jeweler) along with the weights I had in 18k and 10k and just wanted to know what she would pay. There was some silence, than she came back and said ‘I’ll pay 85% of market value’. I said are you sure? And she said you bring me 295 penny weights and I will pay.
Well I get to her store and the first thing I want to do is agree on a price of 85% for that day’s rate. She writes down 85% for that day’s rate so to me we were off to a good start. Well I do my calculations in grams and she does her calculations in penny weights. We are off by around $700.00 dollars for the 14k. I asked how she got her figures. She then starts explaining that the content of gold for 14k which is 58.3 percent isn’t really 58.3 percent when they melt it so she dropped the gold content down by 1.3 percent and was using 57 percent in her calculations. No big deal, I’ll do the same and maybe it’s true but I’m not going to fuss over the extra gold content not being calculated. She also tells me that because I’m doing my calculations in grams it’s not going to be the same in penny weights. Garbage…I had all my weights converted in grams, penny weights and ounces on a spreadsheet in my phone. I could take any of these and convert them in whatever weight she wanted at gold prices in these weights and still come up with the same price in penny weights. She didn’t want to hear that and said I was confusing her, when in truth she was trying to confuse me. So using penny weights I multiply the 85% (rate*295)*.57…and we are still off by $600+ dollars. So I proofed her wrong and the next thing I hear from her, it’s mostly domestic gold. What the HELL! At that point I’d heard enough.
I don’t care how long you have been in business lady. Some people may trust you because they can’t see the difference. I don’t think by any means you are ‘HONEST’.
