Hopefully it has improved but the Richmond co. rent a cops are ridiculously obnoxious for no reason at all. I had one guy try to fight me while the other deputies laughed about it. He pushed my wife and yelled profane statement when she tried to video his outrage. They pushed us out the bar with no refund. Charges were filed and sheriff roundtree personally handled it. Great on his part but the cc owners ignored it as if it was funny or something. Too bad we really enjoyed the place on a frequent basis until then

well, me and my friends went here Saturday night, when we left we were not wasted or anything like that, well me and my fiance closed our tab out and signed for a $70.00 tab then wake up to that $70 taken out then another transaction of $50 after we left. i am pissed and now can not get NO ONE on the phone. i do not recommend this place at all.

My friend and I visited the Country club for her birthday and initially the people were really nice. The bartenders were great and the crowd was awesome but some of the City of Augusta police officers who were acting as security inside the building were rather rude. They displayed teasing looks toward us, which included whispering every time we walked by and looking at us and laughing. One of the officers was observed making monkey gestures and sounds. It was not borderline harassment. My friend and I proceeded to leave and do not plan on going back. I understand everyone has opinions but that was quite unprofessional and should not have been an issue. The Country Club itself was great, but I regret that two people ruined a birthday.
