Looks deceiving when you first walk up. This store is huge! They hit every type of hobby. To the right are R/c cars. Back right Thomas the train. Back left collectible electric trains. Left War Hammer and related. There everything in between also. Great staff, eager to help you carry things or offer knowledge.

So so helpful. They are the most knowledgable people i know in the realm of hobby supplies. Very impressed. If you can speak to the guy with the very nice mustache, he'll know exactly what you are looking for. People in this store get as excited about your hobby as you are. I highly recommend this hobby stop and shop.

A great escape from your standard big box shopping experience. It's kind of like infotainment with the product offerings inside.

There's this one guy, very tall and thin with a handlebar mustache, I think his name is Keith? He pretty much makes this place, at least, on the main floor where they keep the model kits. He's amazingly knowledgeable about their stock, and the hobby in general. What's more, and maybe rarer in this field, he also has a great personality, friendly without being clingy, helpful without being obsequious. I learn something every time I talk to him, and it's always been a pleasure. It makes me wish I had more money to spend on huge elaborate hobby kits.

I have visited this store many times over the past few years. They have everything you need for most any hobby. I've always seen courteous staff ready to help but today was a different story. I wish I had gotten the guys name but in my embarrassment I just wanted to leave the store. My daughter and I were looking at sketch pads with a particular paper. The ones that were not in a wrapper were not what she was looking for. The only other one to check was In a cellophane wrapper that easily opened and closed. We in no way damaged the wrapper by opening it. We did not tear it or rip it in any way. An employee came up and said your going to have to buy that it's now an open package and we can't sell it. I was fine with that. I get it. So I asked my daughter if she wanted color pencils to use with it since she was buying it and he said "Your gonna have to come with me". At that point the four other people on that aisle turned and looked at us. I was highly embarrassed! We went tot he front paid for the sketch paid and left. I will not be spending anymore of my money there.

I give this place three because they normally have what you need in stock for current rc products and some old rc products(nitro products, which I fly). I try and limit myself coming here and order online because I hate how they follow you around like a fly on sh--. Today(7/9/2017 @12:00) at store open I came in to get heli fuel and regular plane fuel. They said hello when I came in, I spoke back and went straight to what I needed. While getting my fuel the guy asked me a second time do I need help and I said no. Then he stands right beside me the whole time. Then I move to get some exhaust deflectors for my Saito 200ti, and to the servo arms to get some bigger arms for my TF P-40 Giant scale. He then ask again you need help. I wanted to say,"Sir NOOOO.please stop following me", but I have him a simple, No. Then I go to the counter, he follows me to the counter and stands while I am in line. Then a lady opens another register and said next in line. So I walk down there and he follows me there too. Hobby Town Kennesaw please stop, you are killing the customer experience. I normally drive to Duluth Hobby Town and should have done it this time too.

If your store is that worried about theft how about dedicated works to watch security camera, plain clothes workers to watch people and a door person to check receipt and bag. This to me is a lot better than having someone over you like a dark cloud.

I have been coming here since I moved to Atlanta in 2010. I am going to give this store one more time and I will totally remove my $$$ from this store and take it to Duluth hobby town only or non hobby town online stores if I have the same experience again.

I'm new to the rc world and let me tell you these guys answered all my questions with awesome customer service. I've visited this store several times in 2 weeks in efforts to support my local hobby shop. Keep up with the positive vibes.

It's rare to see such good service in retail these days. I have been here 3 times with my kids, and we will definitely keep coming back! RC trucks, painting supplies, board games, and horse figurines are our favorite sections.

That place is awesomethey have more than you can imagine. It's a paradise if you have boys.and especially if you (like me) never grew up. Tip: Don't bring your wife, total buzz-kill.. They'll never understand why it makes total sense to pay $300 for a remote control car. :)

Visited with my granddaughters. Staff was friendly and helpful . They totally enjoyed playing with the wooden train sets. Of course with such a large selection of Ty Beanie Babies we just had to adopt 2, one for each. A must stop for young and old for the toy and hobby enthusiast. There is something for everyone.

I really like this store's inventory and location in the old movie theater I used to go to as a kid. You can still see where the different rooms were and they are using the old snack counter for the cash registers. They have the best selection of model kits and paints for them in a pretty wide area as far as I know.

Great place for war gamers, model builders, and so much more. Awesome warhammer 40k terrain for people to use and an open game area. Lots of boardgames. Like any hobby place, prices are higher but their excellent facilities make up for it. Staff is kind and helpful.
