I received excellent service from the people in the service department, particularly from Liliana.

I first went to the Toyota of Santa Cruz and they told me they couldn't fix my issue, they took 2 weeks just to tell me that they couldn't do anything for me. The Toyota of Santa Cruz lied to me and would not pick up my calls.

Liliana and her team here at the Monterey Seaside Toyota inspected my car and had a plan to get my vehicle fixed within just a week here at the Monterey Toyota.

Also, the woman who picks up calls was very helpful I believe her name is Beatrice.

I would highly recommend this Toyota dealer. They were very friendly and fast to help me.

I bought a 2016 Highlander from Ron at Victory Toyota. He made the whole experience painless, quick and made us feel great till the end (which is always hard to do when making a huge purchase) He also never felt pushy, which is always something I'm prepared for and dread. His knowledge of vehicles was unparalleled by anyone we've ever dealt with. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone thinking of purchasing a new/used car.

This was a surprisingly enjoyable experience. I never like to be pressured to buy anything and Roz Ortiz was the perfect salesperson to walk me through the challenges of buying a car. She took two hours the first day to teach me everything I needed to know about the car I was interested in - RAV4. She did this by patiently answering my 100 questions. The next day, another test drive, and I found what I needed. Roz was such a pleasure to work with as she is knowledgeable, efficient and not the stereotypical salesperson. I left the dealership with a great car at a good price but also a new friend.

My experience today (07/23/2017) with Roz O. And Alex O. Was very satisfying both were very patient with myself and my mother who accompanied me in my visit to Victory Toyota Seaside. They were very nice and provided an excellent overall experience, they answered all questions I had with very inviting attitudes and smiles, and were more than happy to assist my mother in Spanish as well to help her better understand and give her an equally satisfying experience. Upon arrival we were offered water to drink as it was a hot day and immediately we were helped to choose a car perfect for me and for my budget. I 10 out of 10 recommend Victory Toyota. You will not be displeased.

Great service! Roz was unbelievably helpful and tried to work everything to what we could do, price wise, vehicle, and she was just an all around great person. As well as the rest of the staff at the dealership! Definitely recommend!

Excuse the length of my review but I believe every piece of my relatively short time with them is extremely important. I took my car in for a part that was recalled through a third party. I was able to schedule this appointment for within the week and it's an odd repair that I had expected them to have to order the parts for. However they had them in stock and we're very quick to get it replaced. It took less than the quoted time and they even washed my car for me. They were going to vacuum the inside but I didn't have time to clean out my car before taking it in so that's my loss. Zeus was the very polite gentleman who helped get me checked in and personally called me when it was done. To which he extensively apologized for waking me up from my nap, unnecessary of course since I wanted my car but nice of him none the less. When I got there it was a matter of signing the paperwork saying I got my keys and my car was in the same condition if not better than when I arrived (a new passenger side air bag that won't kill my entire family and a car wash, I'd say it was in much better condition). It didn't cost me a dime for all the work they did. I will be going back for my oil changes and other maintenance I'll be needing in the future even if it will end up being a little bit on the pricier side. Best experience I've had at a dealership in a very very long time!

I just bought my first car from here and I am beyong satisfied with the experience! Jacob Guzman made this such an easy and wonderful experience, from willing to make an appointment for me to come in on his day off due to my limited availability to making sure that my whole family and I were comfortable and happy while we went through the process. Out of all the car dealerships I had been to he was the very first one to give me his full attention and patience while I asked questions. He took the time to listen to what I needed and wanted and was super friendly and easy going. He definitely went above and beyond to make this whole experience a super exciting and memorable one!

Very good. Joe our sales man is polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained all we need to know. To me I liked his demeanor. He addressed my wife and I like he really cared. He sold the car but his service to us was above and beyond. Joe is a very nice person.
