It was the least expensive motel I could find. Not fancy AT ALLbut walking distance from a bus stop, a Denny's and a couple of convenience stores.

A little run down and smelly of cigarette .. non smoking rooms are ok bathrooms need some maintenance .. but very comfortable if you are lucky to get one of the good rooms

Hotel was accessible and had the basics. Air conditioning was good. Shower had water pressure issues in the morning but worked decently an hour later, though the water never got hot or warm. Sheets were clean but made on top of another set of sheets and unticked fitted sheets, possibly the previous guest? Freeway noise was very loud throughout (window faces highway). In all, experienced no crime or disease or pests, would return if necessary, but only for the right price.

These place is ok. My dog found something under the rug. It was gross. I think it was maggets or something. The wood was rotting. So maybe termites. But the bed was comfortable. Washing machines came in handy.

Important to know: the cold is hot and the hot is cold. After that, the a/c unit looks like it is from at least 30 years ago and the button panel was falling out of the unit. The television was from around 2000 because it was still a huge box tv which I haven't seen in a hotel in ages. For the price of this hotel room it was most certainly NOT worth it. ($191) Oh and I had to edit this review from two stars to one because I forgot that they had an ant problem. I hope no one has any food lying around, and also make sure you let the water run for a little while because they like to chill around there.

Moderately priced. Not a big fan though. As soon as i turned the refrigerator on I saw a cockaroach scurry out. The ice machine wasn't working well at all. Could only fill the bucket half way before it ran out. Every time we left the hotel and came back the room card would not work and we had to go to the office for a new one. Was there for two nights and went through 3 cards. Still, the room was nice and it was about ten minutes from the beach.

I requested a room and reserved it, when I arrived they said they didn't have anything available. So unprofessional and a waste of time now I have no place to stay for the night.

This was my second stay here in the past 6 months, and it was as enjoyable as the first. I had a mechanical problem in the room that was quickly and efficiently taken care of. The staff is very friendly. Only complaint: Attention needs to be given to the cigarette butts that litter the galley.

The EZ8 motel is a good motel if your not expecting much. For the price that I payed I would have rather played and extra 10 bucks and went to the Quality Inn. The room was small, smelled bad, no free WiFi. No microwave, no blow dryer, iron or any amenities other motels provide. While I was there person who obviously had a problem with someone else decided to break someone's cars Windows with a hammer. I don't think I'll be staying there again unless I absolutely had too.

On the 3rd floor. Pretty decent. NO FREE WI-FI. NO Continental breakfast. Coffee available 8-11 am. That's if the workers don't finish it first.. Pet friendly.

My husband and I booked a room here for two nights we didn't stay one! We got to the room and it smelled like chemicals and there was food and dirt all over the floor. Cigarette holes in all the furniture and bedding. Pulled the sheets back and more food crumbs all within the sheets. The bathroom was covered in mold and you can tell they painted over some of it! I went to the front to complain and the lady said "oh you wanted a non smoking room?" Well it would have been nice if you gave me an option in the first place! I explained to her I have severe asthma and couldn't have a smoking room. She then Handed me a bottle of febreze!! We booked at the best western and left as soon as we could! This place is disgusting! It is not is a good neighborhood as well! As soon as we got there security was escorting someone of the property while he yelled at the top of his lungs F*** the police! Seriously spend the extra $20 a night to stay at the best western! On top of all this the part of the door was broken off because it looked like someone tried to break in! This motel violates all Heath codes!
