On November 13 , I went into the fairlane verizon center because I had lock myself completely out of my phone. Sade was a life saver. Very knowledgeable about her job. She was patient, kind, and courteous to me . I was so happy she was able to unlock my phone so I could call an wish my grandson a happy birthday. Thank you Sade for the great customer service. You deserve this comment.

Went to this store and Sami and Sade were very friendly and gave me amazing costumer service. Sami walked the extra mile to ensure costumer satisfaction. Highly recommend this place.

Wow, never better customer service in my life. So friendly, helpful, and genuine! Sade needs to be the manager over that location for sure! Ali is a gentlemen and was able to help me when Sade had to take care of a customer service issue. I also had the pleasure to meet the district manager Sean! Just an all around amazing team! Took me away from stupid sprint! Thank you all soooo much!!!

Stopped in on 6/9 to switch carriers and pick up a new handset. Saw and dealt with Sade, and I gotta say it was one of the better retail experiences I've had in a while. Sade was very courteous and professional. Also seems to be a very cool person. Thanks Sade! I'm enjoying my new phone.

Just stopped in over lunch to get a new phone and Ali was excellent. He explained everything very well, had answers and suggestions for all of my questions, and got me in and out in about 20 minutes over lunch! Great place to shop. Fast, reliable, trustworthy, and personable staff. Would highly recommend.

On Tuesday I switched my service to Verizon and got my mom an upgrade on her plan. I worked with Mary she came in on her day off just to take care of me. She was awesome and fun. She made me feel like I was apart of the family while I was up there. Thank you Mary for the exceptional service. My mom and I love our phones and will be back for our ipad soon.

Mary was the associated who assisted me and the customer service I received was superior. She was very knowledgeable about the product and was able to help me open a new account and recommended me the best options. I went in yesterday to get a new phone and I had the best experience ever!!! Mary was super awesome! She was very personable and answered whatever questions I had. Ahmad and Ryan were very friendly as well. You guys make a great team! I will definitely recommend this Verizon store to anyone.

Mary is the best associate I have ever worked with. She made our transition from VZW prepaid to postpaid painless, and now we can enjoy our unlimited data on the best network for an awesome price.
