Kohls has pretty much everything I stock my closet with. And with all of the coupons and discounts I get with the Kohls charge card and Kohls cash, it makes it very affordable. This location specifically is great because of its proximity to my house and the customer service which is usually awesome. The people that work there are very helpful and friendly.

During black Friday, the lines were long, but the cashiers were so courteous and warm. They had the most positive attitudes and moved us as fast as possible. Wonderful experience and will shop again.

Terrible customer service. Myself as well as a few family members were in store yesterday doing some Christmas shopping. The checkout lines were horrendous (only to find out not every register was open) so we decided since we only had a couple things, we would go to the jewelry counter. After waiting in line there for a solid 15 minutes we get up to the counter where she REFUSED to ring us up because we didn’t make a jewelry purchase and told us we need to go join the other line. Unbelievable. We proceeded to the other line where we waited in line for 45 minutes, only to get up there and find out all the “exclusions” on the coupons we planned to use. This is not necessarily this locations fault but I can say Kohl’s has lost a long time customer. Nowhere on the coupons did it have these exclusions. Absolutely terrible experience.

Favorite place to shop. With the on going sales and my 30% off savings, I am able to get all my families winter clothes. 30% off discount is issued 3 times a year. That is when I do my major clothes and houseware shopping. Great selection!

Online pick-up in store is so easy and convenient. Customer service is quick to find your order so you are in and out in no time at all!

I hate when my mom goes here for 'one' thing. Like wth! She'll come out with new shoes and shirts and it just takes forever. Buy its okay. I love her and it's her own money.

I love Kohl's! However, the stores racks are to close together and overloaded. They never have enough carts available. Can't get wheelchair through the over loaded racks. I shop on line only! It's sad because I know I'm missing out on seeing a lot of merchandise.

Lisa the Blond little short witch sucked. very disrespectful after tolerating few comments I returned all the items I wanted to buy and told her, respect people to be respected and left. I liked this store unfortunately this girl made me take a second look at this store.

Staff seems uninterested, they seemed to want to hold their own conversations then help out a customer. The stores too crowded for those small aisles. Good prices but id rather buy online

Great clothes shoes and housewares. A little pricey but worth it for the quality. Plus if you give them your email they send great deals in the mail frequently (10%-30% off bill) Only issue I've ever had was poor customer service. Usually they are kind but once in a while there is a cranky one who doesn't want to work that day.
