A majority of the staff members here are racist and or have a bias towards minorities. They put on a fake smile and proceed to talk about the guest behind their back. They don't pay attention to your concerns, I had to repeat myself twice to the girl at the front desk named Nicole her mind was wondering. I couldn't get a microwave to save my life. I was treated horribly by the restaurant staff, as if she had something better to do than her job. Certain things I can over look but when you approach customers of certain ethnicity with an aggressive tone and display a certain negative body language you will be called out on it. Nicole at the front desk seems as though she doesn't really want to be there.. just be genuinely helpful and treat people with the same respect they treat you with. Horrible staff!

I was on my way home and needed a spot to lie low from the cops. I sat in the parking lot for about 10 minutes and wasn't bothered. Thanks for being so convenient.

Great place for a large, professional event, providing it's the only event happening that night. Unfortunately, there was a prom or some other kind of young adult dance, which entirely ruined the atmosphere. The bartenders were doing a great job, considering they were having to constantly be on their toes for underage patrons, as the kids from the dance kept coming over and trying to pass off as a business associate. Too many pans on the fire Marriott.

Location was great. The air conditioning doesn't work. The room we reserved was not available when we checked in. The bed was so uncomfortable. It was the worst night sleep we've ever had. We love Marriott as a brand but we'd never stay here again. The staff could care less about fixing the problems. They said sorry but it wasn't sincere. Truly, a bad experience.

Nice pool and hot tub. But some of the people in my group didn't have a fridge and the ones that did only had a very small mini fridge. But the bar was good as well as the food. The staff was friendly and accommodating. And room service was good.

Really felt special here. Front desk was exceptional, and got us a beautiful room garden level overlooking the pool. All the expected amenities are here. And just a block to the sandy beach. We'll be back for sure.

Convenient location next to the beach. The interior was impressive and the rooms very clean. Could use a technology update- using the key cards to get in and out of the parking lot could be a pain and there were not many outlets (now that everyone has at least one device to charge).

This hotel is pet friendly. Only about a block from the beach. Right across from a park. Beautiful indoor space. Great food. You can rent bikes to ride along the beach. Staff is so friendly.

It was a very nice property. The staff was very nice! Maureen and Gregory at the front desk, Amber from the bar and Will from valet. They were all very helpful and friendly. We rented bikes and rode up the coast. We had several drinks at the bar which were delicious! We also spent some time in the jacuzzi. I do hope this property gets renovated soon! The rooms could use an upgrade. The stay was wonderful and I plan on going back soon!

Nice room, but nothing extraordinary. Good water pressure in shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious. Best feature by far is proximity to the beach. Walking distance to bike path that leads to the pier, and quaint seaside restaurants.
