Not going to lie, didn't have high expectations. Everything was wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable. The view couldn't be beat, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

stayed here for two nights over veteran day weekend. disappointed, expected better quality for the price i paid $350 for two nights including parking.
pos: good room size, comfortable bed.
cons: dated room (feel like motel room), popcorn ceiling, thin wall (i can heard people walking all night from upper stair, turning shower ect.)

Great beds, large rooms, keurig coffeemaker in the room, fantastic breakfast, free laundry facility, amazing bathroom - really big with a vanity table and chair, large Jacuzzi tub, and plenty of towels

Well furnished rooms with plenty of space to breathe. It's in walking distance of the marina and just down the street from Surfer's Knoll. Definitely recommended for the views and location.

Friendly staff and good location. Carpeting needs replacing. The humidity leaves a musty/moldy scent. Might be best to go with tiles or wood-looking tile. Would definitely stay here again.

Good night's stay here. Check-in was great with friendly staff. The room was quite big with 2 beds and even a balcony overlooking the marina! Beds were comfortable, bathroom facilities all worked well and the sink was outside the bathroom which I prefer for multiple people in one room. They had a great, tasty complimentary Continental breakfast with lots of options. The WiFi here was the biggest issue. It was weak and very slow, sometimes unusable. They said they are replacing their whole system very soon though. The air conditioning was very loud here although it worked fine. A number of the plugs didn't work either, specifically some by the bed which was very annoying for charging devices overnight. The location was pretty quiet and in an extremely nice area on the water by a huge marina. There's not really anything to eat or do right close by but it was a beautiful 20-25 minutes or so walk (5 minutes drive or less) to a couple options. I'd definitely recommend Social Tap. Overall, it was a nice stay and I'd definitely return.

The staff is fairly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is dated but functional. It's a holiday Inn express. What can you expect?

We stayed here for a family getaway. It was only one night and we loved it. The pool is awesome and the rooms were clean and comfortable with a great view.

This hotel was very accomodating. We had to book a reservation for that same night. They had one room left which was a king suite and gave us an amazing rate for it even though it was a holiday. The room was very spacious and clean and all of the staff members were friendly and accommodating. A complimentary breakfast was included in our stay and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast included yogurt, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, toast, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, coffee, juice, milk, tea, and much more. The staff in the dining area was constantly working to keep the buffet area clean and well stocked. My family and I were very impressed with this hotel and we will definately be staying there again.

Nice conference room to take a test in at ventura by the harbor. Bathroom was clean. The soap was automatically dispensed, which wasn't a problem and the sink was manual. So, no fuss. Plenty of space to park, as well.

Very nice staff. Hotel is very clean. Location is beautiful. Overall I really enjoyed the stay and the experience, I had a view of the entire harbor which was really neat. Despite a small hiccup in the reservation that they solved quickly the entire stay was perfect. There are some fun restaurants in walking distance.
