I cannot express how wonderful this shop was to my family. They helped us save my daughters car from being totaled For us it was our Christmas Blessing. Isaiah was fabulous and so kind. The car looks awesome if you are looking for a great body shop these guys are the real deal.

Not sure of the experience others had, but mine was great. Too many variables involved with car repair, insurances and type of damage. I had in my view significant cosmetic damage to the front left side of my car. Isaiah had sound advice on repair vs replace. They repaired the damage and i could not tell, even up close inches from the fender or bumper. Clean work with updates by Isaiah. A specific part needed time to get their or the work would not look right. I would use them again.

After reading the negative reviews for Vandergriff Collision Center North, I expected to never hear from anyone who worked there, period, maybe not even a voicemail to let me know my car was ready.
Isaiah, proved to me that they HAVE to be under new management or something. His service was exceptional. Heck, he was calling me for updates and whatnot that I really didn't need.
I guess some people must have unreasonable expectations when it comes to car repair. Yes, delays can happen, and it is usually on the side of parts and shipping, but we all have had to deal with those kinda issues at some point in our normal life, so why would that be different for a business?

TL;DR My car looks amazing, Isaiah was exceptional and if, god-forbid, I get in another accident, I will be calling Isaiah up.

Went for a wheel flare repair and they did a good job on that, looked on top of the wheel flare and seen that they scratched my fender. They seemed to try and hide it. Had to leave it overnight again. Waste of time.

Some people must have unattainable expectations. Vandergriff fixed a fender bender on my 10 year old Silverado. The experience was super for me, the service was exceptional. Mr. Evans and the office staff treated me with every respect. The workmanship of the repair was beyond expectations. That 10 year old Silverado looks almost as good as the day I bought it. Don't let someone tell you different, this is an excellent place to repair your vehicle.

I agree this place lacks customer service and marcus is rude and has an horrible attitude and should never be allowed to work with the customers do not use this shop there are so many other better places that actually care on how they treat their customers 😡

I never post negative reviews. I just don't and I really hate to do it but this was such a horrible experience that I have to warn other people not to use this body shop. It's just a bad place from start to finish. I don't know how they stay in business. And there is no one who takes accountability for this nightmare so the customer is left helpless. All I could do was stay focused on getting my vehicle OUT of there.

Horrible! My car has been there for 11 weeks! Almost 3 months and every week there's a new excuse as to why it's not ready. It's only body work.. Ive had 2 cars with more damage repaired in 3 weeks time. There is no excuse for this. Also the only time i get an update is when i call. I feel sure they are just working on it between other jobs, as they have time. I would never, ever trust them with my car again. Who knows what it will be like when i finally get it backthat maybe a whole other review.
