We just picked up our new truck and both Ty Broom and Lucky did everything they could to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The customer service is top notch. We've bought several vehicles here and can't complain. *One note the back parking lot isn't paved. I made the mistake of wearing heels while we were looking at the trucks and it's hard to walk through that lot.

Last week, on the night of the great blizzard of 2017, I purchased another vehicle from Toyota of Boerne and once again I was blown away by their unparalleled customer service. My salesman, Robert Font, was knowledgeable, polite, & straightforward. Having already purchased a couple of vehicles from Riki Butler, I knew that the car buying experience at Toyota of Boerne is always a pleasant one. After the sale was completed Robert and Riki drove my vehicle home for me in an unforeseen and staggering snow storm. They bent over back wards for us and provided the white glove customer service you’ll always receive at Toyota of Boerne.

Had a great experience here at Toyota of Boerne! I came in knowing exactly what vehicle I wanted to look at. This was my first vehicle I was going to be purchasing and Aaron Cooper was a huge help. I visited every Toyota dealership in San Antonio in search of a Tundra and as my final attempt I visited Toyota Boerne. From the very beginning the staff was straight forward genuine and very down to earth. Everyone from salesperson to floor managers to the front clerks were exceptional!! God sent dealership I pray they never change how they conduct business. I stay 30 miles away from the dealership and will happily make the trip to conduct all my services with them! Extremely satisfied and thankful

Sammy the service manager was great the whole time my car was in service. Larissa was great also in keeping me up to Date with my car repairs. If I ever need anything else I'll be sure to come back here. I would recommend them to anyone I know!

Hands down the most amazing car shopping experience I've ever had. The facilities are very nice, the staff is helpful and genuinely friendly, and they try very hard to find you the right car for you within your budget. Aaron Cooper helped us, and we honestly could not have asked for a better salesman. He was the reason we came back here during our hunt for a vehicle! Outstanding customer service here. Would absolutely recommend shopping here, even if you're not looking for a Toyota necessarily. They have tons of preowned vehicles made by other companies as well.

I have had experiences at several Toyota dealership/service centers throughout CA & NM and I can say that I had the best experience at this one. They gave me a discount on my oil change because of extenuating circumstances causing it to take longer than expected. I appreciated their integrity, great customer service, and not to forget the unexpected amenities and comfort in their waiting areas, "Texas style".

My husband and I went looking for a new truck and saw Boerne had the best reviews online so decided to make the 40 min drive for the best experience. Our sales guy Erik Elizondo was so awesome, he was very nice and professional. We had lots of laughs and joked around and made the experience enjoyable. The appraisal manager gave us absolutely nothing for our trade in, honestly it was a huge insult. So we told our sales guy and he went to talk to his manager and the manager came over to us said he was sorry and would look at the numbers again after we told him how insulted we were. Remind you our truck was a 2014 with 85K miles so yes high miles but nothing else wrong with the truck, The manager said oh well your trading this truck in for a reason and would you buy this truck??? (another insult) so I informed him other than high miles that was the only reason we were trading in the truck. We told him he was 6K off of what we even expected so he went back and said let me see what I can do. The manager came back 30 seconds later and said I'm having your truck pulled around we are just too far off and apologized for insulting us. Another slap in the face and pretty much told us he did not want our business. Needless to say we would never recommend our friends and family to come here other than to hope there is a change in management and Erik. Thank you Erik for treating us so great! We ended up going to Alamo Toyota with the worst customer reviews online and had the best customer service experience without any insults and made a deal on a brand new truck we couldn't refuse. They we're fair and honest and wanted the deal so we made one.

I had been looking at cars for 3 weeks and we decided to come on a whim. We were immediately greeted by Aaron and he provided excellent service. He constantly kept us laughing and feeling great about the experience. I normally don't buy a car same day, but I felt comfortable doing it this time. Everyone involved with the purchase could not have been better. Definitely recommending to everyone we know! Aaron cooper is top notch and so is this location!!!!

2017 Tundra Limited. I started my car shopping online through USAA car buying service. I was promptly contact by several dealerships, however, Chad at Boerne Toyota did a great job just asking questions to make sure he had what I wanted instead of immediately trying to sell. He arranged the vehicle to be available for me to come in for a quick test drive and gave me a thorough demonstration of the features. We did some quick negotiation as they were very open about the discounts and rebates and we agreed to a fair price. I left and while I was gone they detailed the truck and drew up the paperwork. When I returned Chad had the truck ready and quickly got us into finance to sign the paperwork. All in all one of the best experiences I have had buying a car, and I have bought a lot of cars (this makes number 16). I highly recommend Chad and Toyota of Boerne for anyone looking for a great product and a simple, hassle free buying experience.

I just wanted to acknowledge Ozzy Obarba, he was totally opposite of the cliche car salesman. He made me feel valued, welcomed and like a person not a number. He first showed me around Toyota of Boerne which made me feel welcomed. Then was very attentive to all my needs, super patient and very enthusiastic even when I didn't even know what I wanted. I spent approximately 6 hours there and only felt like 2 due to his customer service skills. Thank you for having people like Ozzy there to truly make the consumers buying experience as enjoyable and effortless as possible. Ozzy is truly an asset to your company.

The team at Toyota of Boerne was great, and made the vehicle purchasing process easy. Jesse G. always kept us in the loop, and had a super positive attitude. You can tell how much he loves helping his customers. Chris P. was extremely helpful, too. He was available to answer all of our difficult questions, and he found the exact vehicle I wanted in a hard to find color combination. Chris also put us in touch with Lynn, who knew exactly what would look good on the vehicle when I told her we were interested in a leveling kit. Lastly, Ronnie T. made financing the car quick and easy. Toyota of Boerne has a very nice team, I would recommend working with them.
