Not bad service. Had few small issues, just had to let them know I knew just enough to know they were trying to blow me off. Once they realized were on same page. It's been smooth sailing

I’ve dealt with a lot of Dealers over the years, this dealership sales managers are terrible. I went to return a lease and purchase a new vehicle. I had already talked to a salesman and arranged a purchase. I arrived early wanting to return my current lease and got told that they can’t take it in because they only have one person that takes care of those. I called the local Buick dealer and they had no problem taking it in and so I purchased a vehicle from them. AutoNation lost a customer tonight and I can only hope this review helps you make a more educated decision.

The sales crew over there is awesome, however, the service team needs some major improvement. First, you can never reach them by phone to schedule a service appointment, I finally had to ask for a service manager and when I still couldn't get an answer, they paged him to his office for my call. The rear brakelight on my car was leaking and water was coming into the cabin of my 2016 car that I've had only a year! He had us come in and drop it off that day to be fixed. Seven days later, the call center finally called me to schedule my service appointment. Nine days after dropping off the car, they called and said that it was ready. We rushed over there only to find that the interior of the car had been damaged during the headliner replacement process and the interior wasn't assembled correctly. Needless to say, we were NOT happy. They put us back into the loaner car and sent us home saying the damage will be repaired. Not really sure what it'll look like when they get done the second time but I do know that it needs to look brand new like it did when I dropped it off.

Asked to have oil change and tire rotation under the new vehicle service program. Truck was returned with only the oil change performed. Note on the receipt said the could not find the lug nut key. It was in the glove box. They did not ask me where it was. I was still at the dealership. I have no clue why they did not ask. I will reward them by never coming back for any future work.

Bob was a big help !!
2 others were sitting in their chairs when I arrived and neither one of them bothered to get up to help me.
I believe the female associate was Jen. The other guy was a huge man.
Usually when i pull in the shop, the people are practically running over each other trying to get to me.
I was very displeased at the 2 associates for just sitting there without a care !! I was told most of the other employees were out for lunch.
Bob came to help me and was very pleasant and courteous.
Bob gets my 5 STAR review !!
I am a usual regular customer at this business, weather buying a vehicle or just bringing it in for service. Most of your people recognize me right away. I am disabled and in a wheelchair.
I only came in this time for an oil change.
Tell Bob, his customer service skills are GREAT !!!

trying to make appointment for recall service. Can't get through to service. Phone system is terrible. When you call an automated systems answers asking for you to dial an extension or press 4 for a directory. When you press 4 it says it does not recognize that as an valid option. Then it hangs up. If you call the dealership directly the attendant transfers you to the same place. Great place to buy a car but I can't say going here for service is worth the trouble. Maybe they will change my mind if they call me back. Left number at front desk.

Great service!~ We took a customer's Cadillac to them after we discovered the repair we were asked to do was covered by GM factory warranty. We called and talked to Chris Medina. He verified coverage. We dropped car off and rec'd call the following day from Chris with repair schedule. The car was finished on the day promised. Excellent! Thanks!

I scheduled service on my car because the air in my car would be cool but it wasn't getting cold. They told me they didn't have any loaners and I would have to wait a few days to bring my car in which I was fine with. My car was there for almost a week. The associate helping me never called to give me an update on where we were with fixing it. I would call and be placed on hold for over 20 minutes at a time for him to come to the phone (if he came at all). When I did finally speak to him he asked me how I planned on paying for the part and labor. My car is still under a warranty. He told me he had to submit it for approval and he would have that done first thing the next morning, He didn't submit it until almost closing the next day after I called again for an update. I was informed that they had to replace the compressor. When I did pick up my car which was on a Saturday evening, I drove to Dallas a realized my air was now hotter that it was when I dropped it off. By the time I made it back to North Richland Hills they were now closed. They are also closed on Sunday so for day and half I rode around in Texas heat with no air. When it was 100 degrees outside it was cooler to just have the windows down. I didn't understand how you could tell me to come pick up my car without first checking to see if the one thing you were fixing was actually fixed. I took my car back on Monday and spoke to the manager, I was informed they didn't have a loaner vehicles and they would see if it could be fixed by the end of the day because I needed to go out of town. I got a call that the temperature door needed to be replaced. Magically they found a loaner vehicle for me to use since it would take a while to fix. I wasn't sure of what all the work was need to be done but after about a week I got my car back. Apparently they had to remove my entire dashboard, and replace my windshield. When I got it back important documents that were in my glove compartment were scattered throughout my backseat. Screws and tools were scattered throughout the front half of my car from the floor to the cup holders. When I drove off and saw screws I went back and was informed that they were extras. I left to go on a business trip and parked at the airport, I thought it was weird my toll tag wasn't working to the point that I checked to make sure my card connected to it was current but I couldn't find any issues. It wasn't until I was PULLED OVER BY A COP the next day that I realized they put in a new windshield but they basically trashed my registration and toll tag. I frantically called and couldn't reach anyone in service. I finally reached the sales department who transferred me back to service which no one answered. I called back to sales which at this point I'm extremely pissed off and the sales person can hear it in my voice and tried to give me a "matter of fact" rant about how service was closing and I called the wrong department. At this point I explained to him how I was upset and that someone needs to find the manager. When I made it there I told the associates they needed to call the manager, they informed me they weren't sure where he was. After about 3-4 minutes he came walking up with my tags in his hand and told me how he had to dig through discarded windshields and how it was another company who was responsible for making sure it was placed back on my car. He handed me my tags and rather than having the decency to just give me a simple apology he continued to say I don't know what happened it was the other company. I've been to this Auto Nation several times and I've never had an experience as tragic or frustrating as this one.

I was very impressed with this dealership. I drove in from 3 hours away and Luis waited for me with just an hour left until they closed. He was great, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and added no pressure whatsoever. He and his manager also gave me a very fair deal on my trade in. Wade in the finance department closed the document side of things super fast. I highly recommend this dealership. One of the best car buying experiences I've had. Ask for Luis if you get a chance.

Derrick and Stephan provided my family with extraordinary customer service. The circumstances leading me back to the dealership were not ideal by far. However, their compassion and willingness to address and resolve my concerns far exceeded my expectations. Stephan remained in constant communication throughout the entire process, making the much dreaded car process more tolerable. Thank you for AWESOME service.

Bought a car from here for our son. We have been looking for a car for weeks. Glad to say we finally purchased one at a fair price with excellent customer service. Tamara was our sales associate, she was awesome, very helpful and professional. Thank you Autonation for taking the headache out of car buying.

I bought a used truck here and as much as I hate buying vehicles, this was as pleasant and uncomplicated as I have experienced. As for the sales part, I give Angela St. Don FIVE STARS! She is just an outstanding salesperson and took care of me from test drive to paper signing and even watched my daughter. As for the sale, their price was solid and there is not haggling which is kind of wonderful. Closing the deal in the finance department was kind of cumbersome and that's why they don't get 5 stars over all. I'm a Realtor and I've closed on houses that cost many times this amount in less than half the time. They need to speed that process up. Still I highly recommend this dealership. It is run very well overall.

It took me three trips to the dealership and a couple of more trips to two other dealerships before I decided what I wanted to buy. My Sales person was Tamara from the used car side. She was patient, kind, did everything I asked, didn't rush me or pressure me. I highly recommend her if you should go there. She can sell new or used. Once I decided on a truck, the rest of the experience was flawless, all the way down to financing. Greatest car buying experience I have ever had.
