I've been here twice for a pre purchase inspection. These guys are incredibly thorough and very reasonable. DO NOT but a used car before getting it inspected by this shop. They saved me a lot of money and headache from almost purchasing a total lemon that appeared PERFECT, but was anything but!

There are not enough great things that I can say about A1 Committed. We have taken our cars to them over the years and they have done some amazing work. Everything from oil changes to rebuilding a transmission. Every interaction has been positive and reassuring. They are the only mechanics we trust to work on our vehicles. "Committed" says it all. They are committed to doing the right thing to make your experience as easy and hassle free as they can.

Deepak & Craig were more than I expected. I trusted the reviews & since I lived 3 hours away I called to set up for them to look at my granddaughter's Bronco. They took very good care of her & didn't try to take advantage which is very important in today's world. They let us know up front what was needed & what would need to be done at a later date. I highly recommend their service for the quality of their work and both of them for their service.

We've been using A1 for probably 8 yrs now I think. They are great! They fix our cars quickly for a reasonable price. They explain in detail what's wrong with the car. Answer any questions you may have. They are honest & trust worthy!! If we need a second opinion they are always willing to check it out. We have done business with them for so long that both them and ourselves feel as though we are all family!
Deepak is the owner & his son Craig. They are the nicest two men you will ever meet. So very helpful. They get the job done fast & right. They stand behind their word and their work!

It says a lot about a mechanic who will tell you when you need something repaired and when you don't (where others would have gladly taken your money). I've done business with the A-1 family for over 12 years and have never hesitated to recommend them to my family and friends.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, I've been here 3 times in the span of 5 years for all our family's auto repair needs and they have never disappointed! They do some of the best work in the metroplex and for a fraction of the cost a dealership would quote you. It's family owned and operated so your always going to see a familiar face when you come through the doors. If quality and reasonable cost are at the top of your list then A1 Committed should be too, this is how all small businesses should be run!

Highly recommend! Another mechanic wanted to charge me about $150 more to replace my alternator. When I arrived at the shop, the owner greeted me and told me that it would take a couple of hours. He then offered to drive me back to my house so I didn't have to stay in the waiting room. He called back within two hours, picked me up from my house, and brought me back to the shop where my car was fixed. Saved me money and showed unprecedented customer service. As long as I am in Arlington, this is the only place I will go.

Extremely amazing service. Very obvious they put the customer first and it is greatly appreciated. Worked on my Hyundai Santa Fe after I'd taken it to several shops and received varying estimates, including an $800 tab from Hyundai. Dropped it off early AM and it was fixed before noon for a very generous price. Earned a new customer for sure.

I have been going there for over 15 years. I only stopped because we left the state. I was there when the father ran it, now the son Craig pretty much runs it. I can't say enough good things about them. I’ve gone there for minor and major work, simple oil change and engine block and transmission problems, and with several cars. I had radiator replaced, transmission work, clutch, blown plugs, even helped me with engine replacement ALWAYS steered me right. Once they even told me to go to the dealer. A-1 could do it, but it cost more so I'd be better off going to the dealer. Sometimes they said it wasn't a major enough issue to tackle right now, other times they said it was urgent and couldn't release it. I'm sure I didn't get special treatment but I felt like I did, that's important to me. They remember your name, the type of car, they remember the work they did, without looking it up. Don't believe me, test me in this, Give my name and ask them if they know me. My son tried to tell me if they were that good they would have a bigger and better building and operation (what do you expect from kids). Quality and honesty speaks for itself, even my son swears by them now. Brownie points for dad. Some things they don't do, frames, inspection stickers, balance and alignment, and they can refer you to other places who will and they trust their work otherwise they wouldn't recommend them.
