Great Dealership, never had an issue here. Will be returning over and over. Love the staff. Just leased a new Escape Titanium loaded and very pleased with the salesman Claxton Wells. Need a Car, Truck or SUV go check Van Bortel out.

Had a great experience when needed quick service after car wash broke my side mirror before a trip. Doug and the rest of the service department worked quickly and efficiently to get me in and out in less than 15 minutes and even on a busy Friday afternoon - thank you!!

Everybody says "stay away from the dealer" when it comes to servicing your vehicle. If you own a Ford, I would throw that advice in the trash. Paying a few extra dollars is the peace of mind you earn when you're dealing with Van Bortel Service. My Escape is 7 years old, 87K and is at the point where things begin to go wrong. Every single time I have gone to Van Bortel for my semi-annual oil change, the staff is courteous, there are no pushy sales personnel and everything is explained clearly and easily. You get what you pay for folks.

They don't negotiate much with price however this place is a fantastic place to buy a car. They are not pushy which makes up for not negotiating much. The sales staff is very helpful in finding the right car within your budget. I will most likely be back to buy my next vehicle!

Went there today to see about trading in my truck. first thing they wanted was my drivers license. Sorry, I'm not giving that out until I here what you have to offer me. I left and bought elsewhere.

Great sales people with no or LOW pressure sales tactics. Makes buying a car much nicer than at most places. Didnt give a 5 star because they wouldnt bring the price down more (but i had already comparison shopped and it was right in line with the other places)

There is a reason this dealership was rated best in the country! Their service is outstanding. My 2013 Fusion's transmission was shifting hard and the car itself was stalling repeadetly so I took it to Van Bortel to have it serviced. They went through the whole car front to back to figure out the problem and all the while I had a loaner car for no charge at all. They updated me through their diagnostics of the car to let me know what was happening and an estimate of when it might be complete. They reset the transmission adaption to no avail. They tried 2 or 3 different fixes on the transmission which did not solve the problem. Most dealerships would make up a lie at this point and say that the problem was fixed even though it wasn't (happened a few times before this) These guys were relentless and determined to solve the problem. They finally took out the whole transmission and basically rebuilt it. Van Bortel found several problems within the transmission and replaced every worn part in it. Mind you, they worked on this car for over a week and half trying to make it right even when they were completely busy with other customers. I picked up the car once it was finished and it drove like it was coming off the showroom floor! If this isn't fantastic service, I don't know what is. These guys deserve your business and will do anything in their power to satisfy their customers!!! Amazing!

New Buying Experience:
Great; they price fairly and you never feel like you're getting played. Once you commit to buying they help you learn about your new vehicle. They follow up.
Service Experience:
The service department is responsive, waits are usually short, and when they fix something they seem to do a good job. If you complain to them about service they make it right.
