I went there yesterday . The store was closed and the space was emptied out. It used to be a nice place but had been on a steady decline for the past couple of years. I guess it finally met its inevitable end.

This store is too large for what they have there. I feel storage areas are rarely used. The workers are lazy. I see empty crush soda cans on the shelves. The shelves, are literally cluttered with hundreds and hundreds of practically unsellable items that would never sell in a yard sale. I had set one item on a shelf (already broken high quality ceramic Chinese tea cup that was priced way to low even for it's poor state) and a domino effect occurred. To my surprise, only 1 item fell, a small faux crystal bowl. The item shattered on the ground, a worker sweared in a foreign language and walked around doing nothing; as he was before. I had cut two fingers and was pushing broken glass into a pile. The whole time the worker ignored the pile, and the incident. There is no public restroom or a changing room (which has to be against some sort of policy) so I couldn’t wash the blood off my hands. Other workers heard the incident, walked near, and looked at it, then ignored the broken glass. On another note: The shopping carts are in poor quality; The wheels are not cleaned out; they don’t roll too well. The shopping carts have these tall poles sticking up on the side of them, which makes them more obnoxious to handle. I feel like the pole will hit the ceiling lights and knock stuff off shelfs. It’s like pushing around bumper cars. The cashier workers didn’t seem to understand what they are doing too much. A woman had to point out that my card had a chip on it and she put the card in backwards and then the supervisor/manager had to point out the error, making the checkout awkward. The chip scanner and card swiping units are cheap and bulky. I would not be surprised if they had skimmers on them. The chip scanner had tape all on it, and it was connected to the card swiper via Ethernet cable (scary looking). The fragile items are wrapped in small sheets of daily advertisement newspapers and not properly done in large (standard size) sheets of newsprint. The items are not placed well in a bag and the workers just stared at us as we left. The whole store had a musky odor that I was finally exited to escape. Every positive thing I can think of is a paradox at this point. I am not going here again.

This places most outstanding characteristic is its very large size. The contents however appear to mostly be the kind of stuff that doesn't sell at a regular yard sale. They may have decent prices on things but a good bit of the stuff in here I think they wouldn't even be able to give away but because of the sheer quantity it's worth perusing because undoubtedly there are some hidden gems. Also minus points for not having a public restroom which seems inexcusable in a place this size

Don't go into this store thinking "thrift shop". Be thinking department store. This place is huge. They have everything you need if you are shopping for clothes but they also carry paper towels and other household items including some food stuffs and soda. Be prepared to have your mind changed regarding whatever you thought a thrift shop should be. Luv this place.

I did such a good job at this store working an the manager didn't respect it all. Within the 4mths of me working there. 2 managers quite an 5 now 6 employees. She really needs to learn how to respect her employees an other managers cause she lost ALOT of great ppl. Its so much more to this story but I'm drinking tea now cause it ain't no more of my business. I hate that they price donations high An the candy is 3mths to 1 yr expired. I increased sales for the showcase after redesigning the whole thing an I hate that the felons there feel stuck Its a sad place.

This store is pretty hit or miss. Sometimes there's a diamond in the rough, but most of the times, it's a lot of junk. Management and customer service quality has gone down lately. It used to be one of my favorite thrift stores, but now, not so much.

Best thrift store in the triad! And I've been to tons! Great variety and great prices. Almost all my daughters clothes came from here. Ralph Lauren and other designer brands for next to nothing! Only complaint is no dressing rooms. But they will accept returns.
