I am a Kohl's shopper and this store is closest to me. It gets a 2 for customer service. Jasamine at customer service is the greatest but don't ask anyone else a question they don't have time. Love Kohl's just to many bad experiences.

I bought a leather jacket online, but it came in bigger than expected and when I tried to order a smaller size they were out of stock. I waited a couple weeks for the size to be replenished with no luck. I originally paid for my order with my kohls charge card and paid the amount due in cash in a few days at the store after the purchase, so I didn't have a balance on the card. When I came in to the store to return the jacket I was offered 2options: either get the refund on a gift card or had it put on my kohls charge card. I wanted to get a cash refund, which the manager said was not possible according to their system. So now I'm stuck with a gift card, that I honestly don't even have desire to use there. And they also deducted $30 in kohls cash rewards from my refund that was earned at the moment of my purchase. I wouldn't recommend opening or using their charge card, too much headache with returns.

Kohls of Kernersvilleis a great place to shop. For the most part the sales associates are so helpful and friendly! That I can recall, in all the years I've shopped there, there's only been one time that the associates were less than 100% kind, helpful and professional!

Kohl's has many insensitive that bring people in. Kohl's cash, and bonus points that give you cash off amounts and other bonus 15 - 30% off. I'm a bargain shopper around the holidays, when you buy for about 20 people, unless your rich it can add up. I don't get out that way often but when I do, I find so many bargains. I just bought 17 items, from dress shirts, tee shirt, game and a purse. My total after all discounts came to just over a hundred dollars. No bad in my mind, plus I was given back $20 in Kohl's cash. So for me I was able to finish off more of my Xmas shopping and that feels great! Thanks Kohl's.

Went to exchange a pair of Dockers pants. No we didn't have the receipt from June and we understand they could only give us the current sale price - however they only wanted to offer $5 unless we found something with the EXACT same price. They said we couldn't even pay the difference if the replacement item cost more. Very disappointed in this offer.

I love Kohl’s for the quality products they provide, the extremely wonderful customer service they have and the awesome sales, prices, rewards, coupons, etc. I also love you can go into the store, order from the kiosk and get free shipping to your home by doing it that way. Oh and they have exceptional return policies.

I have a love hate relationship with Kohls. I love the low prices, but I don't like the price game. If it's a $5 item mark it as a $5 item. Don't tell me it a $200 item that's on sale for $5. I know the gloves didn't cost $200, but $5 is a good deal. Stop the games.

Bought a dress for a event that night. The cashier seemed very irritated that I was there. She didn't take the security tag off. Only noticed it after I got to the event. It's hilarious. But wasn't please with the service. If the cashier was friendly I would not mind. But she was a bit rude.
