  Personnel helpful and pleasant. Only ticketed passengers allowed in at night. Bathrooms clean. Beautiful old building. Poor reviews on this page are for the bus station which is in a different building nearby.

  Catching the train from here is always convenient. The bus station is another story smh.

  Some of the drivers are very unpleasant my suggestion would be put them customer service class where they are taught how to treat their customers. Anytime when you are dealing with the public you need to be professional not like you can care.less about your job and the people that you work for (customers).

  Took the midnight train from Greensboro to Greenville SC, someone tried to rob me in the train station while i was waiting for my train to arrive. other than that, very pleasant experience

  Place smells a bit funky but it's a nice station and they have a mini mart for buying snacks and such.

  Very clean. Restored, it looks great. Down side is there is no food early in the morning. Just a vending machine

  Nice station. Doesnt let everyone come in and just sit if you aren't a passenger. Quiet station.
